The breakfast could be much better. It is close to the metro station, shopping center. The location is excellent.

The breakfast was very poor and lacked variety Although we had a two connected suites, yet one of the suites had a tiny window overlooking sewage pipes which was extremely annoying. The suite was very dark, tiny and uncomfortable

I wish the breakfast quality had been better and fresher. I suggest having staff regularly maintain the breakfast area and prepare smaller batches more frequently to ensure the food stays fresh and of good quality, even if there are fewer options available.

The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They treated us with great care and were always ready to guide us whenever we needed assistance.

Could be a bit cleaner for 4*, rooms facing the street are noisy but the very helpful staff helped us move so we were happy.

Very good location close to the metro, spacious room, air conditioned rooms, very helpful staff! All the employees were very nice, caring and ready to help. The breakfast is nice for the price - always some fresh vegetables, labneh, delicious olives, nice cheese, eggs, pastries and jams to choose from.

The pent house was really nice and spacious, really liked the big windows the big rooms. The rooms were nice and warm in winter. The best staff very helpful very friendly especially Edress he was amazing. Best location, near shops and rasturants

Very bad breakfast , even the cutlery were not there and the staff almost were shouting at the kids.

The helpful and friendly staff were very welcoming and the breakfast buffet was wonderful - fresh and plenty of delicious options to choose from. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the Osmanbey subway stop.

- room was quite small - surprising as wasn’t cheap to stay here. - tried to stay an extra few days but management wouldn’t offer any rates and said to just try booking . Com - breakfast wasn’t great

The stuffs are very professional they speak good English Bahrouz and atik We had a situation mr atik took the initiative to call the hospital brought us a taxi and send with us an arabic worker to help us thanks to idris the arabic speaker Because of mr atik made sure to assist us with our needs and because of his humanitarian gesture we will came back again and again 😊☺️
