No facilities to do self laundry and not allowed to hang clothes outside as it would ruin furniture. Laundry service was €25 for a medium bag but arrived still damp. Not the property's fault though as the most likely used an external laundry service but something to note as its a service the property provides.

Excellent location. Great view of the hot air balloons from the rooftop so no need to travel far early in the morning. Great breakfast and very accomodating host. Near the city centre with lots of food and shopping for local trinkets nearby

Perfect location with the best view of the hot air balloon from our balcony and terrace. Felt the balloon were kissing our balcony. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was amazing 👏 and stay was very comfortable

Great location and we stayed in a nice cave hotel with great air conditioning. The rooftop was great for viewing the balloons at first light. The owner was super friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our chats with him. Provided us with great recommendations including a cave restaurant with our favourite meal of the entire trip! Thankyou!

Nothing, everything was exceptional.

The staff was incredible, helping with everythihg we needed and then some... The view from our room was probably one of the best in town...hot air balloons every morning. The bed was very comfortable too.

We loved everything at Vista Cave Hotel

Lovely hotel with beautiful views of the flying balloons from the rooftop terrace. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was nice and varied. We had a lovely room with a balcony from where we could see the balloons in the morning. Both, room and Bathroom were very spacious. Hotel is situated quite up on the hill which offers spectacular views. It is within a 5 - 7 minutes walk from the centre of Goreme. There is parking near the Hotel if you are having a car. Overall we had a lovely stay at Vista Cave Hotel, would definitely come back.

Nothing to do with the hotel but the airport shuttle rides have been a bit scary with drivers going over the speed limit, driving a bit dangerously, this was the only negative point of our trip, other than that which is a problem of the shuttle companies and not the hotel itself, everything was amazing at Vista cave!

Great cave room, great breakfast, super nice staff, great view from the breakfast terrasse, great location to go watch the sunrise by foot, really great hotel to stay to enjoy Göreme and the different Cappadocia sights!

I recently stayed at Vista Cave Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed, and their warm hospitality made me feel right at home from the start. The owner deserves a special mention—he’s not only friendly but also impressively knowledgeable about Cappadocia. He gave me excellent tips on what to see, where to go, and even helped arrange activities that made my trip unforgettable. His passion for the region shines through and adds so much to the overall experience. My room had a balcony with a breathtaking view—watching the hot air balloons float by in the early morning was truly magical. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-appointed, and the price was very reasonable for the comfort and location. Speaking of location, Vista Cave Hotel is perfectly situated—close to the main attractions yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. It’s the ideal base for exploring Cappadocia. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely return on my next visit!

There are so many to choose from but this should be your #1 pick! The hotel owner was absolutely fantastic- from arranging a wonderful balloon ride (book early before you come!) helping us with buying rugs, restaraunt ideas, helpful with every single detail. The hospitality was amazing and when we come back, we will 100% stay here! Our room had a view of the balloons in the morning, it was wonderful to sit on the patio and watch, then get back into bed. Or watch on their fantastic rooftop. We will never forget our stay!

The place was amazing we will definitely gonna go back here again to stay. The location was near good restaurants and shops probably 5mins away. The hotel owner Senol was amazing. He was funny, friendly and very helpful. He sorted out everything for us and even gave us discounts. He booked taxis, airport transportations and all our tours he managed for us. We felt safe and we didn’t have to stress about planning our trip as he helped us organise it. The breakfast they served at the hotel was well thought of and very delicious. Every detail in the hotel was amazing especially the rooftop, where you could see breathtaking view of Cappadocia❤️. Place was also being cleaned daily. All in all everything was perfect 🤩

parking can be a bit tricky if hotel is full but it's manageable on the streets.

location in goreme was fantastic to explore the town on foot and to watch the hotair balloon on the rooftop terrace at sunrise. breakfast options was small but tasty and good quality. host was friendly and helpful in making recommendations for sights and tips. great experience overall and highly recommended.

The staff is super friendly and truly happy to help anytime. The view is simply amazing. Rooms are spacious although they are a bit smelly due to humidity but not a big deal at all. Bathrooms are great. Breakfast was ok.
