A bit far from the beach and city center for walking. But if you have your own or rented car, there will be no problem.

Comfortable villa with a nice pool and great hosts. The kids were thrilled.

Due to heat a couple of AC units were malfunctioning. It was quickly remedied by the host, who also provides mobile units in case of such emergencies. There was also ongoing construction next door, but it wasn't too loud so we were mostly unbothered by it.

I really like the floor plan and the amenities. Communication was top notch. The host provided towels, dishwasher tables, detergent, blankets, shower gel, etc - overall we had a feeling that we stayed at a very well thought-through facility with great service. Also, the house comes with an awesome mama cat and two playful kittens!

Please note there is nothing the hosts can do to improve the house .. but .. the house faces west so it can be a little short of sunshine until lunchtime. There is also quite a lot of building being done locally so there was noise daily. These two things are not the fault of the hosts and didn’t spoil the holiday for us.

The house was truly beautiful and we could not fault the property. The hosts were perfect and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The host are kind and genuinely wanted us to get the most from our stay in their lovely home. The location to Belek is perfect, and having a car is advisable as it’s a fair walk to Belek centre. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a perfect stay.

Honestly can't think of anything we didn't like about the house. Only thing is I would come earlier in the year next time, Irish people are not made for 40 degree heat 🤣

Everything was perfect, Ansar greeted us on our arrival to show us the facilities at the villa. Along with leaving a nice fruit and food hamper, which was very much appreciated. The children loved the pool and would have been more than happy to spend the entire holiday playing in it. The villa itself is very spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. The location is also very good, on the doorstep of the Granada Luxury Hotel and close to the beach. Antalya, the Old Town and the Marina are an easy commute, I would recommend hiring a car if you plan on travelling around to see the sights. All in all we had a wonderful time here at Villa Annabell and would be happy to return. Thank you Ansar & Abbas for a wonderful stay.

Public beaches not to our liking and would be better to hire a car.

The host Abbas was very helpful and accommodating at all times. The villa was first.class in all respects including. good.security, free WiFi, towels, air con, water machine, pool, sunbeds, cleanliness and all facilities etc. Main restaurant's and clothes shopping ie shoes bag etc a 5 minute taxi ride away at a cost of 14 euro return. Local corner food shop 4.minute walk, also.selling evening basic food which was good/reasonably priced. We had a very relaxing time and.a lovely holiday. Would recommend staying at this villa.😎

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Annabèll as a friend group of 7. The accomodation was very clean and spacious. It is modern and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had all the utils and dishes we needed, even a water diespenser. The four bedrooms are divided between the two upper floors and are furnished with air conditioning. The pool was the highlight of our trip. Pool and outside area are very well maintained, we had a lot of fun there. The host was available all the time and very friendly. I can highly reccommend Villa Annabèll.

Location, facilities and outside space. The welcome pack was extensive and extremely generous; drinks, snacks, fruit, dessert and essentials like toilet paper, shower gel….Abbas was helpful and available without being intrusive. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful villa

Kitchen area was slippy when coming in from the pool, just something to be mindful of.

Great modern villa for me and my family. Any minor issues the owner resolved immediatley little things such as the wifi going off or any air con not working fully would be fixed that day. Regular pool cleaning and cleaners attending the villa.

Wonderfull villa: modern design, well equipped - you will have everything here for a comfortable stay with family. Fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool area and comfortable bedrooms! Also close to the public beach, it took us 5 min by car, there is convenient public parking next to the beach. And most important - very friendly and helpful host! Highly recommend!
