We stayed for three nights, but our room was never cleaned.

The room was spacious and it felt like we stayed inside a cave. The breakfast was delicious, and there was a lot of options. The location was a bit uphill, but close to the center of Göreme.

There were construction works around and overall it was not very clean around. There was no cleaning in rooms for the whole period of stay (5 days). Breakfasts were good overall, but lacking variety.

Very good location (in the middle of the old and most beautiful part of Goreme, but quiet). Great panoramic view from the veranda at the top of the hotel.

No rooftop furnishing for the early morning balloon views

Good breakfast, rooms were neat and clean, location was great.was near to the view point of the hot air balloons and also near to city centre. The terrace showed in the pictures did not exist, may be due to weather in April but otherwise everything was good😊

Bathroom needs minor improvements

Nice location, balcony had a good view of the town and other cave hotels. Check in was very easy. Room was very basic but we still slept comfortably

i suggest upgrading the facilities. Also, the airport transfer dropped me a bit far from the hotel, and I had to walk uphill with heavy luggage, which was quite inconvenient

location at the center of the city and i can just walk to goreme view point.staff are very kind with the smile and help me with airport transfer also allow me to check out late while waiting for my airport transfer.

It was a quaint hotel with lovely hosts. The room is cosy and have the cave like features (it is part of a cave I think) which gives it an authentic feel. Breakfast is homemade, simple but tasty. The rooftop terrace gave a really nice view of town and little fairy chimneys, unfortunate for us that on the day we were there hot air balloons didnt go up because of the weather.

No internet in the entire "cave apartment", no windows so prepare to a thick air if you decide to warm up the room. The gentlemen at the "reception" during the check in and check out den to be cold and rather transactional which could be sure to lack of solid English skills.

Good enough size of the rooms including bathroom, relatively clean. Hotel owners seem to be sweet and warm, breakfast is good, and the view in the morning from the terrace is terrific! The location is also good. You can park anywhere nearby.

I didn’t take pictures at the terrace that’s the only thing o regret since it was cold winter time ; but the terrace was not ready and really like in pictures maybe in summer it’s a good view if they arrange it ; besides this it was a good value for money

The kindness of the staff ; they are humans littekeraly my gf light back home was at night they let me check out and keep my luggage with them while waiting for the transfert to the airport ; if you need anything she was right away with the solution anytime to help

The only downside is that the hotel room is not cleaned daily which might be a downside especially during extended stays.

The property is centrally located and close to the restaurants, ATMs, pharmacy and a convenience store. The breakfast was also tasty and everyone at the hotel is friendly and helpful.

The room was big but could have been a bit warmer (it also could be the time of the year that I travelled) and frequent wifi fluctuation.

Breakfast was home cooked and excellent with lot of options. Their cute pomerenian dog (I will name him "Hummus" is very loving and friendly and gave me company during my stay.

The hotel was in a great location. There was a good English-speaking man at the reception who always willingly complied with our requests. He was always willing to help find atracks at a fairly good price. Breakfast was great. The view of the valley from the roof was enchanting. There was a family atmosphere throughout the hotel.

The location was very nice. Close to all the shops and restaurants. View cave is run by a family so it has a bery homely environment. The breakfast was very good as well, multiple options to choose from. You can also see balloons from the hotel in the morning
