The city is wonderful

Sezere and all the staff was really polite and helpful. They had shown us and arranged all the activities we had made. They were always king and there for us, at every time (day&night). The place is quiet and located in a small village. We’d appreciate being far from the noise and crowds but still so close to Goreme. Also the view from the terrace hotel is magnificent!

The whole stay was very very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they gave us good advice what experiences to try. The breakfast was simply amazing, probably the best one we had since visiting Turkey. Location is beautiful and calm, with a gorgeous view from the terrace. The location is close to all visiting spots around.

The balloon rides, you don’t need to book through the hotel, although some staff made it a bit complicated.

The location is beautifully serene, a bit away from the lively area, requiring a car to get there. Sezer, the staff member, is wonderful, refined, and very honest. The breakfast is delicious, made with love by two lovely ladies, and Ali, another staff member, was also impressive. There are ongoing renovations in the nearby buildings, and I hope they finish soon. I recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet area. For activities.

Lighting on the bed side could be brighter

The property is beautifully located. Rooms were comfortable, clean and in perfect order. Staff was warm, patient and very competent. They were absolutely a plus, always smiling and ready to provide suggestions and help whenever needed

Absolutely nothing everything was great

The most beautiful property. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The location was unreal. The staff were absolutely beautiful, so so friendly and helpful. Irem was so helpful organising activities and transport for us and went well and truly over and beyond to meet all of our needs and made sure we were comfortable at all times The room was so beautiful and the breakfast that was provided was delicious with a lot of love put into it We hope to be back!

There wasn’t anything not to like . My only criticism would be the safe needs to be secured and placed higher rather than on the floor and maybe consider some kind of rack with a few hangers to hang your clothes on . I always love a body lotion after a bath as well other than that it’s only my opinion but everything was perfect for our short visit.

This Hotel is absolutely outstanding with the views just breathtaking. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Only thing I didn't like was the location relative to town. To go to town was a quite arduous walk up and down a quite steep road/pathway.

Just that it is located in a town called Ortahisar which is away from Goreme and Uchasir which are bustling towns. To get to most of the places you need to get a taxi. Also, there is no restaurant nearby but if you prefer a quiet and peaceful stay this is the place to go for. Chances of seeing hot air balloon from their terrace is very low as balloons don’t fly this way.

A very homely atmosphere. They even hosted a hot wine night for all their guests and also helped us with various itineraries. Their superior suite was an out of the world experience. Their breakfast spread was also nice.
