Everything was perfect.

Rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable. All amenities provided. (They even gave you hair conditioner aside from shampoo! And a full sized hairdryer). Restaurant was very tasty and there were cats everywhere (a plus for us, personally. They were lovely entertainment when eating or having a drink). There was parking available right in front of the hotel. Breakfast had a lot of varieties for us each morning.

The only thing that was confusing was if Venus Hotel and Venus Suites Hotel were the same or different places. Some listings say Venus Hotel, and others say Suites Hotel -- we showed up not knowing if we were in the right place. Providing clarity and consistency on that would be helpful.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and exceptional. The room was large, and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and provided helpful tips about local attractions. The pool was wonderful. We were impressed, and would recommend this hotel to others.

Only thing that did not like was the noise during the night so we wake up several times after 1 o'clock. Not sure was the doors of the other rooms or some other loud banging. In the room you can hear everything from the outside.

Everything was great!

We arrived at 7 am after an overnight bus trip and got not only early check in offered, we also got invited to join the breakfast buffet which was soo much appreciated and totally unexpected! Staff friendly, nice pool and 10min walk to Town centre/ south gate of Pamukkale. Also check out time of 11 am was very convenient!

Nothing to not like we were super happy

The Staff went out of their way to accommodate all our request even having wine fruit and decorations in the room for a special event, no trouble were too much all done with a smile. Breakfast more than great. Can strongly recommend dinner at their restaurant as well. Superb courtyard with lovely trees and swimming pool, kids will have a ball.

On the first night, we ate dinner at the restaurant and one of the waiters was not very friendly, but it’s ok. Every other staff member we’ve encountered was very friendly and helpful, including their dogs, who were very well behaved and sweet!

The hotel was such a big surprise! The grounds were immaculately clean, the garden was beautiful, and the pool was beautiful. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was working. Check in was easy (and so was the check out). Their restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the food was homemade and delicious. It was very close to Pamukkale and Hierapolis as well. I highly recommend Venus Hotel!
