Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When we complained, the reception staff told us all jacuzzi rooms were full and offered to move us after two days. Our stay was only two nights, so this was unacceptable. No satisfactory solution or compensation was provided, and it really affected our experience

Quite honestly, I liked everything! The location you can't beat. It's conveniently located around shops, restaurants, etc. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. I can't remember his name but their was a very friendly young man that checked me in and recommended the dinner cruise that was great! And, there was a very young man who worked during the night shift who was equally amazing! I told them that going forward this is where I will reside whenever I am in Istanbul because I am there quite regularly. And, about the room they're a bit small well maintained modern clean rooms.

Our first job was to flush a cockroach down the toilet. After no room cleaning after the first day we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. No fresh towels over our 4 night stay. Guy at desk some little English so hard to communicate. So when I told him the tape round the air conditioning unit had given way and had to be pushed back , nothing happened to sort it! Asked for room with a bath on booking and told it would be accommodated.. it wasn’t.
