The manager of this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. Although the room was small, it was suitable for our needs, and the view was lovely. We really enjoyed the visit to the beach of the Aegean Sea organized by the manager. And the tour of Ephesus that he arranged was excellent.

It is possible to hear some of the other guests if they are noisy in their rooms or in the corridors, but this did not disturb our sleep at all.

We stayed at Urkmez Hotel for one night on the way to visit Ephesus. The staff were wonderful, and could not do enough to ensure our stay was pleasant. The location of this hotel is super convenient, less than a 5 min walk from the train station and about 5 min walk to the bus stop where you can catch the shuttle bus to Ephesus. The room was simple but nice. The bed was extremely comfortable, shower was a good temperature, and aircon provided great relief from the heat. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous and a lovely start to our day!

No elevator but the friendly staff was willing to help carry our suitcases. The common room in the second floor was so comfy and we had some bear there. I especially like their beds, so and comfy, which exceed my expectation.

The property is located in the middle of Selcuk, a short walk to the train station. Shops and restaurants are around the area. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good, the hotel staffs in the kitchen and the hotel receptionist, Matt, helped us a lot. He helped us get a taxi for transfer to the bus terminal .

Internet was a little slow, but outside of their control. We have experienced that a lot in Turkey.

The service, the staff - Matt, Cemut and the lovely two ladies at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early and dropped off our bags to head out to Ephesus and they kindly gave us Turkish tea and coffee and pastries. They were just very genuine people.

The hotel has a positive vibe, and the staff is very helpful and polite. Breakfast is always served with a smile, and the cheerful lady who serves it adds to the positive start of the day. The rooms are consistently clean, and I particularly enjoy the ones with balconies. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to find. There are also many good restaurants within walking distance. Staff willingly help you with directions to tourist sight and how to get there. Bicycle rentals are available, and the staff will provide recommendations on the best routes to various locations, as well as inform you about areas that are not advisable for cycling. The bus station is within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.

The place was awesome, so I hate to mention anything, but the lights in the halls were automatic (which is great because they save energy), but sometimes they delayed turning on and then turned off too quickly. This was not a problem for us, but I could imagine a situation where someone might trip and fall, so I would recommend finding a way to keep the lights on a little longer before automatically turning off.

The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful, always available. The breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of freshly prepared items which differed each day. The breakfast attendants were very attentive and friendly, smiling and laughing with us. This place EXCEEDED our expectations and contributed to a wonderful stay in Selçuk.

The staff were all very kind and accommodating. They let us check in earlier as soon as the rooms had been cleaned. Breakfast is simple but delicious. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the bus and train stations as well ad the restaurants and shops.
