Breakfast start time was relatively late at 8:30am. Staff was cleaning the floor while we were sitting at breakfast. More English speaking staff would be helpful.

Quaint and special. Beautiful location, high enough to watch the hot air balloons. Friendly and welcoming staff. Tuaba was exceptionally helpful, even arranged a pack breakfast for us as we had to leave vey early.

The wifi is iffy, the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean (and the shower could have more pressure). The beds could have been more comfortable too.

The location and its view are amazing, particularly for the breakfast (included). The staff are incredibly kind and the service is really good. I loved the cave room too.

We could've been provided with more drinkable water (0,5 liter/person seems too little to me) and toilet paper. The maid also forgot to clean our room one day, which would've been fine, if it wasn't the person who provided water and toilet paper. Also, one of the lights in the bathroom was flickering, which was a bit unpleasant.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was very delicious, the view from the terrace is fantastic, the room was spacious and comfortable, the shower was modern and there was warm water.

Minor thing like the water tap in the bathroom...needed a bit of maintenance, however we we able to used it:))

First of all a big shout out to the hotel owners Orhan and Veli!! They made our stay unforgettable. Anything we asked about they helped us with! Arranged a tour, found a free slot with another Air Balloon company after our previous flight was cancelled, called taxi to the airport etc... Breakfast was amazing. So delicious and prepared with love and care!!!! The room is quite simple, but if you would like to experience living in a cave with natural cooling instead of the AC, this is a great option and we enjoyed it so much!!!!

Reception are far from rooms and on the roof..not very convinient, difficult to cool the rooms. Breakfast was very basic, not the turkish style as expected. Very weak Wifi connections in all rooms

Everything is in Goreme, all the tours starts there. This hotel is in Urgup, meaning the pickup and drop off time will be affected (we were the very first to be pickup 40 minutes earlier) and we were the last ones to be dropped. Consider this.

No wifi, no room heater, dusty becuase of renovation, breakfast given at a coffee shop 6kms away, all construction materials and rubbish infront of property, construction work noise throughout day, could not sleep during day. Pool steam room and jaccuuzzi not operational at all
