I really enjoyed my stay and had a delicious dinner

The room had 5 beds, but I think it would feel better with 4, since one of them was very close to the door. I had to sleep there the first night and it was quite uncomfortable; every time someone opened the door it made noise and woke me up. Maybe adding some oil to the hinges would help reduce the sound.I asked for a change of bed and they agreed without any problem. The bathroom, however, was very dirty. There were only 2 bathrooms for everyone, one of the showers was broken so you couldn’t hang it up to shower, and there was a constant bad smell. It was a shared bathroom for both men and women, which felt a bit uncomfortable when coming out of the shower. There was also just one sink, so sometimes you had to wait.

The staff was very kind, always willing to answer questions and help with any problems. The accommodation has an incredible view — in the morning you can see the hot air balloons right from the property, and they also have a lovely terrace. The beds were comfortable, each with a side table and locker. Breakfast was good — very varied, with good service and quality products.

The room was damp. Water dripping from air con and the air was stale. I realise it was a cave room and there were no windows but it seemed like it got no air through it at all.

Originally, I booked a dorm style room, but the shared toilet is too small for me, so I re-booked and moved to a larger room. I prefer the larger room, of course, because it comes with better restroom facility and space. The breakfast is good. In the morning, you can see hot air balloons from afar in the balcony area.

No WIFI connection at all in the room. It worked in the communal areas and there was cell reception in the room.

The location is really good with affordable restaurants right next door and 7min walk from the bus stop. The multiple terraces to explore and relax on are awesome the best being the main terrace with great views over the town and of the balloons with nice benches and cushions to relax on. The room in the cave was also a highlight. The included breakfast was exceptional with a large buffet spread with many options.

Turan Cappadocia Cava was an amazing stay; view of the hot air balloons, the buffet breakfast, the rooms and location!! The hospitality and kindness made this place an unforgettable experience, especially from Adeeb and Lucky the dog!

There is no air conditioning and we had to ask for additional fans.. it was too hot and we could not sleep. There was a very bad smell in the toilet.

The hotel is very well located. The beds were comfortable. we have booked a family room with 3 beds. The terrace was the best part, with a splendid view of the balloons at sunrise. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is ok with some variety of fruits, bread and cheese. My kids loved the small dog there named Lucky.

Maybe it could be better with an a/c instead of electric fan in the room because it was really really hot. Another thing is the laundry service. They charge me 800 turkish lira for some dirty clothes that wasn't even 2 kls. The same clothes that in a hostel in Istanbul where i stayed charged me only 200tl. My gosh that's 4x.

I like the location. I love the terrace. You can see a very magical view. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. And to top it all, they have a little sweetheart doggy named Lucky. So cutie!

Just amazing. The room is in like a cave form and so it makes it very fresh and cool. The staff is out of this world, like really really nice. The breakfast is yummy. The terrace is amazing at night and the location is spot on. The prices of tours they provide are good. And I would recommend the ATV tour.

AC could be a plus, but the room wasn't too warm, borderline warm. Also the Rooftop restaurant didn't have Vegetarian options, we didn't book dinner there.

The steep slope walking up and down from the property was scary, I fell over once and had to walk a longer route as I couldn’t carry my bag down

The cave setting was beautiful, the layout of the little room was lovely. It was very close to all the facilities in Goreme and the staff were wonderful!

Absolutely everything was perfect—from the cleanliness to the breakfast, the room, and the hotel itself. Staying here felt like living in a fairytale. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and to make it even more special, they had the sweetest little puppy that added so much charm to the experience. I honestly have nothing to complain about. For four days, I felt like I was living a dream in beautiful Cappadocia. Truly unforgettable!

NONE! Everything was great!

I had a really great time at Turan Cappadocia Cave. I got the hostel room with 5 beds and bed was actually really comfortable compared to other hostels i've stayed at. The comforter was cozy enough when it gets colder at night time. They gave us towels and disposable slippers. They even had iron and clothes hanger. We also had water heater for tea/coffee. The breakfast was AMAZING!! They had a selection of bread and different cheeses. They also had veggies and fruits as well as meat and cereal. And you get to eat everything because it was unlimited. The balcony area was beautiful where you can watch the hot air balloons on sunrise. The staff were good as well, approachable and ready to help. Amazing location, amazing view of the balloon rides in the morning so even if you don’t do a ride you can experience it. Amazing staff, Rostam was very kind and helpful. Great dinner and breakfast too, I wish I stayed longer.
