Drinks were not that good, the cheapest Turkish vine on the food court as well as in the bar. Some day there was a bad smell in the room. In the reception area there is no air conditioning, thus it's absolutely uncomfortable to wait for the transfer when it's 40⁰ outside.

The location is good enough, near the park and the street with shops and cafes. Direct access to the private beach with chairs and umbrellas. Good variety of food and an open bar the whole day. Cleaning was every day. Good room on the ground floor with its own terrace.

Staff were impatient at checking and gave attitude although it was past check in time and the rooms were not ready.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. The beach is just a short walk away, the food is delicious, and there are evening shows and a disco every night — there’s always something to enjoy! What truly makes this place special is the incredible team. Everyone — from reception and housekeeping to the bartenders, animators, chefs, waiters, and security — is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. Thanks to them, you feel amazing and truly cared for throughout your entire stay. It’s a place where you can fully relax, have fun, and feel at home. I would definitely love to come back!

No hair conditioner in the room

We had an amazing holiday! The food was beyond delicious, the staff were kind and respectful, and the hotel was spotless & eco-friendly. Thanks to our awesome archery instructor Yassine 🏹, we even picked up new skills on vacation! Any tiny issues were solved instantly. The evening shows and activities were so much fun 🎶 The sea was crystal clear and the pier was perfect.

I would have preferred more care in the rooms. The rooms felt like they were a bit old and the fridges were empty which was a bit odd as normally there is complimentary snacks and drinks. However, overall it was good value for money for sure.

Me and family liked the way it had its own place at the beach. Also, there were so many places to just sit down and catch up with everything which I loved!

Our room had a view of a parking lot, with no possibility to change (my kid taught me to make peace with it: mom, look up, do not look down :)) When we arrived, we waited until 2pm to check in, but still the room was not clean when we entered. The problem was resolved, however. Cleaning staff is very nice and helpful, but they are obviously overwhelmed.

The service staff was nice, as always. Restaurant food, as usual, varied and plentiful, with options to fit any diet. Beautiful scenery, short walk to Kemer provides a welcome variety. Clear sea, balmy weather, not too crowded (relatively spacious resort area and well maintained grounds). Ideal for a week of unpretentious relaxation with kids.

Animators team, disco: every day same music, DJ could be putting not only techno but just normal pop music. Coffee shop girl, not friendly: every time if I ask for coffee making a favor with no smile.

Very beautiful hotel, amazing palms and garden, private beach few steps from swimming pools and all dining area. Drinks coffee can be taken to the beach. No problem with beach beds, which is great comparing to previous hotels that I ve stayed in. Great food, variety and amazing tastes. Room cleaned every day, fresh towel and very friendly cleaning personnel. Almost every day was a show for 1 hour after dinner: dancing, acrobatic, very professional dancers.

Being a resort, feeding of the livestock being fattened can be a bit stressful, so don't let go of the dishes until you finish, and look out for aggressive queue jumper fellow guests, they can strike at any moment! The sea was quite dirty after stormy waves (lots of microplastics unfortunately...)

Cleaning staff and bartenders are very kind and fast. Food was varied and many of the dishes served tasted really nice. Facilities nice and most of it kept in order. Nice evening programmes. Beautiful surroundings with stunning mountains and azure sea.

I liked the fact that it was close to the beach. The food was delicious, the staff was very kind and ready to help you. The sheets and the towels were changed daily. What I liked the most was the entertaining staff. They had aqua gym classes ., then they had different pool games which the children loved a lot, especially my daughter, Alexia. They also had darts and volleyball classes. In the evening they had different shows. I enjoyed very much The Michael Jackson show and the Magic Show. Of course, the discos were great. The entertaining staff was amazing. Halid was very sociabile and we liked talking to him daily. So friendly and energetic! Keep going this way, guys!

I liked the fact that the hotel has sustainability certification because it’s important for me. The hotel responsibly manages its food waste, providing collection bins for organic and plastic waste, and diverting food waste to animal feed production and agriculture (I checked it with the guest relations). I knew I could trust their quality in every aspect. The food was amazing. The service in the restaurant and kids club was excellent. The hotel is very clean. We had a fantastic holiday for 8 days.

I stayed at the hotel with my son in July 2025 — we were absolutely delighted! The hotel exceeded our expectations: delicious and varied food, clean and cozy rooms, and friendly staff. Everything was perfect for a relaxing vacation. But what truly made our stay special was the kids’ animator, Onur Kara. Such a kind, warm, and responsive person! He became the highlight of the trip for my son. Every morning, my son would wake up saying, “Mom, let’s go see Onur!” 😊 Onur came up with fun games, kept the kids engaged, encouraged and supported them. While I was relaxing by the sea, my son spent the whole day happily by Onur’s side. It’s such a joy to see your child so excited and happy. I sincerely thank Onur Kara for his warmth and his amazing ability to connect with children. Thanks to people like him, a vacation becomes truly special and unforgettable!

The only thing is that the reception staff is not friendly.

We loved everything here, so we extended our stay for another 4 days. The hotel resort is splendid, the food is amazing, facilities are great, the beach is clean. We enjoyed high quality shows and mini disco. Special thanks and recognition for Buket and other girl in the kids club who took care of our kids and organized multiple fun plays and activities very day! My kids wanted to stay there all day long. The club has both outdoors and indoors space, and shaded. We could also enjoy games, such as mini golf and petanque. The main restaurant is wow, the food is always fresh and delicious! The waiters team is caring and attentive. Fantastic animators team and nice housekeeping staff. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday!

This is the best hotel in which I was, I am delighted with the wonderful atmosphere that prevails there. Animators who are irreplaceable and very much diversify the time in a different way in the hotel. Rooms clean, cleaned daily, bedding, towels replaced and other necessary things. The food was delicious, something different every day, delicious seafood fish very high standard. Service very nice and friendly. The hotel has a beautiful location with a huge viewing terrace for the sea and the whole landscape around. The complex, despite the fact that it is extensive, is still walking through the alleys to their apartments, if someone wishes to call for a meleks ride. The hotel is so great that we didn't want to leave it. With a clean heart, I highly recommend this hotel. He is the best in Kemer .

Our request for a double bed was ignored and generally the room didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel, more like 3.5/4 stars. It felt very dated. Some of the staff were also too pushy with trying to sell massages and boat rides, which was disruptive.

The hotel territory was nice and big, as well as a good stretch of private beach that was within the hotel grounds. Nice central location too for getting for a walk in the city. Plus it was also fun to see chickens running around in the garden!
