On the downside, the furniture felt a bit cheap, the Wi-Fi was quite slow, and there was no coffee machine (only a kettle provided). Also, it’s not exactly a budget-friendly option.

The apartment was very spacious, spotless and equipped with reliable air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom perfectly fine, and overall the place felt fresh and well maintained. Staff very nice.

This is Turkey, not Dubai, and it's still the 20th century, not the 21st, so I wouldn't expect anything fantastic. The attic is dirty, the sink is clogged in the toilet, the shower is not working well - the water is hot or cold... The lamp in the shower burned out, I wrote on whatsapp they said they would fix it, but they never fixed it. But other than that, it's a great place. Here you can drink coffee or juice 24/7 at the reception. Perhaps the most annoying thing is the bed. It consists of two that are constantly moving apart. Sleeping normally together is difficult.

Great location in Konyaalti. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Property is modern and layout well planned. Communication with the host and gaining access was stress free. Apartment was spacious. WiFi worked very well. Apartment was cleaned every day which is a really appreciated touch.

A noisy restaurant Zeytin opposite to the property: starting time for loud music performance is 2200, finishes at 0100- be prepared with your ear plugs.

An excellent accommodation at a 10-min walking distance from the beach. Nice host, communicating via WhatsApp and available quickly. Plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby. A little own swimming pool in the property. A very cozy atmosphere in the property, regular cleaning service.

There is loud dance party in the opposite building restaurant every night till 00:00. It is not a problem of Trend, but just for you to know.

We had the best time at Trend. Firstly, we were clearly guided how to check in, all my questions were answered quickly. Then next week we fully enjoyed great location - 6 mins till the sea, few big supermarkets in walking distance. Our beach club is also nice (it is not sand but pebbles, just fyi). Cleaning was visiting every day which is also a plus. Pool is nice. Room was equipped with everything, huge fridge, air conditioning in every room. So we are really pleased and missing our time there already.

Tv, it wasn't easy to watch it If you had time ;). Cleaning under sofa and a/c could be better.

Location was great. Size of apart ok. Pool was small but compact. You're allowed to use Shark beach nearby foc and they had good soft sunbeds :). There were one quite small kettle and ok pan. Forks etc for 3 pax.

Cleaning of our Suite was only changing the towels every day and sheets every 3-4 days. Floor and bathroom wasnt cleaned for whole stay (12 nights).

That it was close to a lot of restaurants, realy close to beach and with not so many hosts on Hotel.

You don't get hot water in the room. The hotel reception acknowledged on first day .2 more days went by and still they could not solve and serve need of a customer. Affiliated tour services are much expensive thru the hotel. They don't have their restaurant.
