I didn't like the location that it's in a hill, especially if you want to get there and / or get back. It would be a real struggle, so the best thing is to take a cab.

I liked the kitchen and the fact that they have the washing machine, which was helpful and the kitchen amenities are nice. The location of the apartment is in the old town of Sultanahmet.

Collection of the keys was a bit problematic but it was caused by last-minute reservation (after arrival at the airport and 1 hour before arrival to the location). We resolved it at the end and the owner apologized.

Nice spacious and clean rooms with comfy beds. There was a great niche with a comfy canape, however view from it not that interesting due to demolished house at the opposite. Location is great - few minutes walk to main tourist attractions, although the neighbourhood doesn't belong to the nicest one (seems like a lot of shoe companies here and a there's a mess from it everywhere).

The property itself is fantastic. Clean, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and everything is in perfect working order. The rooms are beyond comfortable. Anna was so kind and helpful, she showed us everything upon checkin and was understanding of our late arrival. Our group agreed we would live here if we could.

Consider when you take a shower in the bathroom it is a little bit cold compared to the other rooms that are equipped with central heating. Kitchen cupboards need a little bit of renovation due to some humidity inside the cupboards.

The Pashas House was a nice AP. The location was great!! Barbaros is a great host!! Anna, the cleaning lady, even though she did not speak English, was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen has pretty much everything.

Very efficient, seamless check-in. Followed the given directions and it worked excellent. Even by western standards, Apartment is very clean and has all the amenities one needs. Loved the hot, high pressure shower. Host is very responsive and available all the time. Neighborhood is great. Walking distance to all sightseeing landmarks (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern) and Grand bazaar (10min walk). Boshphorous is close walking distance if you want to stroll. Beyazit Railway Station is 10 min walk. Lots of restaurants around with reasonable prices. Very quiet area so guests can sleep very soundly. Host delivers on all requests promptly. Highly recommended.

Not much sun in the second bedroom as window is right in front of the wall.

It has everything you need for comfortable staying except maybe things like shampoo. Location is great and if you need something additionally - you’ll get it same day or the next day. There is a terrace on the top of the building, simple but nice and we spent 2 evenings there, there were no people except for us

It was perfect.

It was a beautiful and convenient apartment. We had our own roof where we could sit and have dinner. It is right in the middle of Istambul. The host and housekeeper were super friendly and helped us to get a transfer. Wonderful stay! We had all 3 apartments reserved for our group with friends.

The host gave us the wrong address and had to deal with finding the correct address at midnight. We were left some 600m from the correct spot. The taxi driver had a "fight" over the phone with the host. All got resolved but it makes up for a rather uncomfortable situation. It would've been ok if we were backpacking. All my taxi drivers said the neighborhood was dangerous (it was ok for us and the locals were very nice, ZERO issues). Probably won't stay here again but I recommend it for your first time in Istanbul!!

The apartment is in the heart of the city. The immediate area is very cozy and perfect for experiencing local life. The apartment is SUPER comfy and cozy. The apartment manager has zero English but is 100% willing to help, that's not easy to find and always very nice.

Mr Barbous is amazing host. Location of his property is in a very convenient location which is accessible to all major historical and shopping places. Miss Anna who is the care taker of the property was of great assistance was always positive for any assistance and information we asked for. She goes out of the way to assist us.
