The location is perfect. 15 min to grand bazar and 15 min to Fevze Pasa street in Fatih. Also the aksaray station of the tram is beside the hotel. The breakfast also was good. The staff are so nice and helpful. Especially Abdo and Mohamed ( Egyptian ) , they were so nice and helpful. Everytime we come across them they suggest help. I also appreciated the apple tea. If we go back again to Istanbul we will choose it for sure. p.s: the beds may looks not comfortable at the beginning but they are so comfortable.

Everything was okey

The best thing is the staff all of them are so kind, Ahmed and Muhamed helped us a lot , they made everything easier for us, all the staff are very kind, the hotel is really close to the tram and bus stops so is easy and 5-15 min far from everywhere , the shops in the streets really good prices

The air conditioning did not work properly and it was too hot and stuffy.

The room was spacious with a balcony. The location is great if you need to reach various public transportation options. The breakfasts were ok.

The pool area was very small and other thing, they mentioned massage facilities but there were none. So please update this on the website.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was very good everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. A special mention goes to Ali and Aziz, who were absolutely amazing. They were extremely caring, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and a big thank you to Ali and Aziz for their outstanding service!

Spa and sauna not available

Kids really enjoyed the swimming pool albeit it was small. The breakfast had a very good selection. The staff were all very kind and attentive. Location was good as close to the tram station Aksaray which is a few stops down from sultanAhmet where there is blue mosque. There was good food options within a 10 minute walk. All in all very happy with the stay. Note the spa and sauna were not available which was little disappointing but did not detract from overall experience.

I have nothing to complain about the hotel facilities. One thing that shortened our plans in a day and where we had higher expectations was the cruise/dinner on the Bosphorus. The transport was delayed for an hour and a half and the menu (although it seemed much richer in presentation) consisted of a few dishes that I can't say were worth the money…but it was also an experience and the view saved the situation. I think partnerships like this should be carefully chosen so as not to affect the customers' trust in the hotel's services overall.

We really appreciated the entire staff who were kind, welcoming, attentive and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms were clean, towels were changed daily and the AC worked very well, which was very appreciated after a day of exploring the city in the summer. We also appreciated the fact that we could leave our luggage both upon arrival and departure, without any additional fee. Also, the fact that we had the option of a transfer from the airport to the hotel/hotel to airport+ the possibility of weighing our luggage at the hotel upon departure, helped us a lot and made our stay easier. The hotel is close to public transportation and important tourist attractions, the street it is located on is very lively and you can also find a currency exchange office and shops nearby.

We always come to turkey for holidays but this hotel was exceptional. Staff is extremely nice and respectful , especially Abdul he helps us with transportation and places to go. Hotel is very clean Breakfast was very good . Location is very good and 2 minutes walk to get the tram to all attractions.

All was OK

There Customer Service was exceptional and especially Orhan, he was very supportive and showed great care to customers. This is my third visit and I liked it very much, I would really recommend the hotel and I hope to visit again. I forgot to mention that it is just a 03 min walk to the Tram.

I was on a lower floor, street side. It was noisy and the mattress was too soft. The owner quickly and charmingly resolved the problem.

The owner Orhan was friendly and attentive to our needs. The location is ideal for using the tram that took us to the key attractions. I recommend booking a couple of tours in advance to familiarise yourself with Istanbul and then booking other tours direct with the venue. This saves a lot of money.
