Very loud location can hear at night when trying to sleep and aircon wasn’t very good.

The property was good the people at the the hotel really made it. The restaurant was very good for food was very nice. The bar staff were very nice Ibraham was top class. Bella was epic she brought us out a lot of the nights she will be missed ! The Starbucks staff were great as well they work very hard all day as do all the staff there very long hours ! Also the entertainment nights are great fun!

One guy from the staff welcomed us with "you are late" on the first day. Obviously he did not think it was because of the flight and not because of us.

the rest of the staff is splendid, very welcoming and ready to help us as much as possible. the breakfast was fantastic, rooms cleaned and nice, cats were lovely, gym was very cool and there is also a Starbucks inside.

The rooms are small. Not enough storage space. The food is not very good although it is all inclusive but it could be way better.

The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel location was great, near a taxi station as well. Everything is clean and well serviced. The hotel includes a Starbucks.

The place feels and looks run down. My first room had air conditioning issues as well as the bar fridge not working. I changed rooms after 4 hours of trying to sort the first room. The breakfast was meh and I felt the whole place really needed a spruce up.

Staff was totally unfriendly and rude, everything falls apart, a piece of wood from the door, the shower, 0 generosity, you need to beg for some poor coffee in the room and even toilet paper. First day I asked the server if I can get a pizza it was around 4 pm , he looked at me and said: are you serious ?? I was shocked , and then he said kitchen is closed dont you know how to read? This is just one of the anecdotes , Definetly not a 5 stars, not even 2. It s a shame because the place could have been so much better

This hotel is like something from the inbetweeners movie. It is in a prime location for an 18-24 holiday. Right on the strip where it’s rowdy, noisy and dirty. Hotel is a boho chic style but so poorly maintained. It’s VERY noisy and dirty, staff are mainly young and don’t care. The electricity is faulty so you have to keep reinserting your key card to get power and AC + you cannot charge your phone and use it at the same time due to the faults in the power sockets. We had no power for hours because of a local power cut, the safes don’t work in rooms so you have to carry your valuables around with you + if you need to an iron you have to request the laundry and pay per item. Plus there are cats roaming all over the reception, on the desks, in the offices. I slept fully clothed and showered in flip flops. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Booking.com seriously need to vet their hotel star criteria

All! Only 2 person on the reception were absolutely good.. Another people’s were super rude!! I’he never saw the same attitude for the guest! I didn’t finished my breakfast and the weiter already came and said that he needs to clean the table! And it was twice!

It is a hotel that I visited for the first time, the decor is incredibly beautiful, the landscape of the hotel is very impressive, banana trees and palm trees are dazzling, the rooms and their cleanliness were very good, the main restaurant has a beautiful view by the sea, I stayed as a bed and breakfast, the breakfast was very delicious and rich

Very poor value for money. Definitely over priced It was not 5 star and did not meet expectations. The facilities and cleanliness and overall finish were very poor and below 5 star. The all inclusive menu and bar were very disappointing and not 5 star. Same limited menu every day was upsetting. The drinks were of a very low quality The music and late night entertainment was so lound and went on into the early morning. Very difficult to get a good night rest. Very small shower space with toilet inside shower Worst experience ever from start to finish
