My only gripe for the hotel is that the staff can be rude and seem very unhappy. In particular a staff member named Alper should be fired, he was extremely rude to all guests and children. He lets the entire resort down and should not remain in employment there.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to lovely beach strip with variety of restaurants and shops. The pool is brilliant and the beach and views are amazing. Night shows were very good and the animation team does a fantastic job. The price for the hotel is very good and is definitely value for money. The negative reviews are from poor people expecting luxury hotel for a cheap price however considering the price of the hotel and adjusting your expectations inline with this it is an amazing hotel. The food in the buffet is plentiful and you can then book into 3 a la carte restaurants which will spread out your stay perfectly, during the day the snack bars provide burgers, chips, pizza and pasta. The hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are very comfortable. I suggest the people making all the negative reviews go book into another resort and pay +€500 a day however, this resort is fantastically priced, provides a great location extremely comfortable and a great food and drink selection.

There is not much I can say that we did not like. Bathrooms need renovation as the floor and sink are a bit old but did not bother us at all. Wifi was on/off from time to time but then again, I could live with that :)

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel with my family, first was 5 years ago. Nothing much have changed but chosing it second time says it all :) Food is great, a lot of options to choose for. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Even tho I’ve had booking for room with garden view, they have upgraded it to room with sea view which was very nice!

Spa - this I do not recommend. Go to sauna if you want to, because this is free, but I do not recommend booking any kind of massage. Massage is not good, it’s definitely not worth the price and also they are lying when they tell you that they have different massages and offer you more expensive, long and mixed massage. I have tried anti-stress and mixed massages (none of them were up to standard) and they were actually the same, practically only hot stones therapy was added. So, I definitely do not recommend massage there.

The hotel was ver good. The territory was very pleasant, everything was green and beautiful around the hotel area. Rooms were clean, food was good and delicious, I just wish it had more diversity and more different dishes. Animators were really good. Especially, Sulo and Zek, they were very friendly, helpful and funny.

Food selection does not always satisfied us, but anyway we were able to find something to eat and were not hungry. But very often we saw que for meat and pancakes (they may finish in half an hour, if you are late for dinner, you might not find something delicious at all).

Good place to spend nice time with your family and do not care about something. It has nice private beach, green area with palms and trees like small park with good pedestrian paths (good to walk with your children). Animation staff helps a lot with good variety of dancing program, competitions, shows for adults and children. Personnel is very welcome and ready to help in any case.

The grilled food amount and variety was limited. The late dinner could contain more options. Furniture could be better. The room did not have electric kettle. Booking for Ala Carte restaurant was not easy.

In the hotel, it's a common practice to place towels on sunbeds as if marking them as 'occupied'. This is utterly annoying. Early in the morning, there are inconsiderate people who go to the beach, put their towel on a sunbed, and then come back several hours later. In the morning, 80% of the sunbeds in the front row by the pool and the sea are occupied by towels, and only 20% are actually occupied by people. It's incredibly frustrating when you come to the beach at 7 in the morning with a child, and all the front row sunbeds are taken up by towels or other people's belongings, but no people, and you can't sit in the front row to watch your child play by the sea. It's also irritating that the management does nothing about this; they seem to tacitly encourage this behavior. This severely tainted our vacation because every trip to the sea was accompanied by stress from seeing that people just placed their towels, and it infuriates you. Moreover, they might come after lunch, and the sunbeds will be occupied all morning. This is awful. Such a provincial behavior. Another thing: on the first day, we asked for a kettle to be brought to our room to make porridge for our child with boiling water. They promised to bring it. After 2 hours, we called again and asked where our kettle was, and the person replied, "I don't know" and couldn't help any further. They send messages on WhatsApp, informing us that if we have any requests, we should write to them on WhatsApp and they'll assist. I wrote to them. They didn't even reply. In the end, over 7 days, we never received a kettle. The staff's attitude towards guests' requests and maintaining order (like the towel issue on sunbeds) is terrible; you will be left hanging if you need something.

In general, the hotel is good, the rooms are very basic, perhaps even too basic. The hotel grounds are very nice with a lot of greenery, so it feels cool. The hotel grounds, the variety of food, friendly entertainment, and the view from the rooms on the higher floors are the best things about this hotel.

Smoking allowed in the eating area, disgusting old age bad practice. loud club music at the pool during the middle of the day when you'd rather chill to some groove mix, perhaps the young staff crew shouldnt choose the mix.
