The location for breakfast was great - staff all friendly and very efficient - food amazing! Marissa 9on reception was absolutely fantastic! She was messaging me weeks before the holiday as I had to change rooms etc and she was on hand all the time we were there

There was a repetitive mechanical noise somewhere nearby no idea what , you got used to it but at first disturbed the sleep

Superb location with a nice beach. The opposite end of the beach to the harbour area so there is little impact from the day trippers who come from Marmaris. The breakfast was good with a large choice of items. All the staff were super helpful and really made our holiday a memorable one.

Lovely family run hotel right on the front of the promenade. Our room overlooked the beach. The welcome from reception was great. They couldn't do enough to help. The room was lovely and comfortable and the shower was powerful. The wifi was strong enough for me to do a couple of teams calls. Down stairs there is a lovely breakfast room and outside bar. The service is excellent.

Other guests disgruntled by the music at night (a few times over the 3 weeks I stayed, up until midnight) nothing that earplugs wouldn't sort and definitely not a problem for me.

I didn't like there was no cover only a thin one, also the restaurant food wasn't that great we tried many items and the last was the king prawn honestly a disappointment with the mules, very pricey for a low quality. Also didn't like there is no stove with an oven in the flat

Liked it was close by the sea, had a private pool and room service. Also the staff was very hospital and amazing.

Double bed was a basic 4’6 which is a bit tight but ok. Everything else was great value.

We had just bad sound isolation from rooms, we informed hotel and they mentioned they know and they will solve coming years this issue. We liked their this commemt as well.

Rooms need renovation, especially the bathrooms. Front side rooms are better than the mountain view ones. The street side rooms are a bit loud because of the bar’s on the street.

The hotel located in perfect location. It has own beach and easy access to the sea. The stuff is so kind, polite and friendly. The restaurant’s foods are very good and service to the beach is also very quick and affordable. I really recommend this place in heaven

The cleaning once per 4 days.....

The staff is very nice, the facilities in the apartments are ok, only that the cleaning is done once every 4 days..... we stayed 8 and they came in only once. It's a little for the sea, sand, salt water..... it should be once every 2 days... and the towels changed every 2 days. Breakfast sufficient, but it can be more varied... It was very good till the end!!!!!!&

All I would say is that the shower cubical needs to be renewed. In short, bathroom needs updating.

Our room was on the top floor and the height was quite low. We bumped our head a few times. Beds were also not too comfy. The main concern was the LOUD MUSIC. If you want a peaceful stay, unfortunately this is not the right place. Some days (the restaurant in the hotel and the bars on the street) turn off the music at 1am. The same staff open the restaurant early in the morning (7am) after closing it at night (1am-2am). That's why they don't look very happy and friendly at breakfast! Sleeping for 4-5 hours wouldn't make me happy either.

The staff at the reception are very helpful and friendly (Specifically Emel). The restaurant staff were friendly in the evenings too (but definitely not at breakfast). The restaurant (Bade) and service were also good. Daily cleaning was also good. Parking place is not bad. Beach area was good.

Everything!!! The hotel is so beautiful and the rooms are so clean and comfortable. I had a beautiful full sea view from my balcony. The food was delicious and the location perfect. The young lady Eman on reception was fantastic and so kind!!!

Room did not have water glasses or mugs for hot drinks. Glasses provided after request but only paper cups.excellent
