United Arab Emirates- super expensive food and beverages in the hotel. Total rip off. 10eur for a cappuccino and 40eur for a small steak - they also allow you filter coffee only included in the breakfast. You have to pay extra for an americano. - rooms have bad sound insulation. We couldn’t sleep one night until 4pm due to noise from neighbours. You can even hear ppl talking upstairs due to the airco vents. Just bad design - got stuck in the lift when electricity was cut off. Got left there for about 10 minutes and wasn’t the best experience. Hotel like this should have proper back system in place when electricity goes down
- great location, nice pool and beach. - clean and modern rooms and facilities - good pool party on Saturday - kids club and the staff there was very good - extensive breakfast (apart from annoyance of paying extra for coffee)

It is just as amazing as the pictures look like. We travelled with our 3 year old son. There is an indoor kids club, outdoor playground, beach, indoor and outdoor pools and most importantly super friendly staff who all engaged with him in a loving way. We will be back 1000%!

ItalyI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a breathtaking sea view, which made my stay even more special. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a large bathroom. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind. Breakfast was another highlight – the selection was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The beach was pristine. Since it’s still low season, there were very few people around, which made for a peaceful and truly enjoyable experience by the sea.

unbelievable service, great interior of the rooms and the hotel although you might not expect it from outside. The staff is incredible, the spa is unexpected huge, the Pier, Beach and especially the pool areas are breathtaking!

The Swissotel Resort And Spa Cesme is a fantastic and very new hotel on the sea front with great views, service and facilities. Although we only stayed one night, we will definitely be looking for a new opportunity to return for a longer stay.

Most of all liked the gorgeous view from the window and SPA: thermal pools and hammam. Very tasty breakfasts! We vacationed as a family with one child of 4 years old, we were absolutely delighted! We will definitely come back!

FranceThe air conditioning was not working as per the season. It was 23 degrees Celsius in the room during the night and it was impossible to sleep. We complained several times, they fixed it for two nights but then it was back to the same. The staff kept saying sorry and that’s all. Very disappointing for a high end hotel

United StatesWe were here in low season and there were barely any visitors. The staff were not what I'd expect from a place that charges this kind of money. Security were walking around like they owned the place, bring visible and watching us, it was weird. Reception staff barely spoke any English. Lot of folks were hangings in their phones when we approached, sometimes watching videos with volume up.. Overall the place has signs of poor maintenance. Some switches in the pools didn't work. Handles were broken in changing rooms. Some showers in changing rooms were only running cold. Their breakfast option in EUR 57/person, no buffet option. This was the most expensive non-buffet breakfast I've ever seen in a hotel, and I've been places.
Nice facilities. Very well stocked gym. Good bathing complex with thermal baths, hammam, sauna, ice room, etc - can easily keep you entertained for half a day. Some good fine dining restaurants on site. Good technology in the rooms. Spa is good and massage service was very fine.

NetherlandsStaff did not even know how to speak English, the room tv chrome cast did not work and the restaurants were extremely expensive even compared to many places in Europe. Parking was not accessible with an elevator, pedestrians also have to walk on the same road as the car, making the accessibility quite low and dangerous.
