QatarWe had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the entire property feels modern, clean, and well-maintained. The facilities are new, and everything is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Room service was impressively fast، every request was met almost instantly. The buffet was one of the highlights of our stay: incredibly diverse with delicious and freshly prepared food. The restaurant itself is spacious, with plenty of seating options, so it never felt overcrowded even during peak times. The beach, although not sandy, was very clean and well-organized. The sea was clear, and perfect for swimming and relaxation. Most guests seemed to be international, which gave the hotel a cosmopolitan and refined atmosphere, yet it still felt family-friendly and peaceful. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and recharge. I would definitely come back again without hesitation.

United KingdomFor the budget 5* everything was OK, but there are little details and certain comforts lacking. Food though varied and good is on a cheaper side with cheap substitutes for cream etc. Mattresses and towels can be better. Smelly drains in the room. Our safe was broken, we reported it twice and nothing was done about it. Paving is patchy and slippery at places, we've seen people fall. Animation is limited. But true hospitality is tested by challenges - we had rainy days over vacation, and though it's not a hotel's fault, they did nothing to salvage guests vacations. No indoor entertainment arranged, no schedule changes to activities or restaurants, no heating switched on in the pools, no rubber mats over slippery paths etc. We've seen a lot of upset guests. Overall, the hotel feels too much like a mass conveyor rather than a relaxing unique experience.
Amazing modern aquapark. Great indoor soft play for kids. Nice sea pier. Immaculate room and facilities cleaning. Attentive waiting staff hovering tables. Good selection of Turkish cuisine (acili ezme was really yummy), very fresh veggies and fruits.

United KingdomJust came back after our 10 days of fantastic holidays. Would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who is working so hard to maintain high standards in this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect — a private, massive beach with stunning views. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The room was cleaned daily, and the mini bar was restocked every day — great service all around. The food was very good, with a wide variety to choose from — everyone could find something they enjoyed. The entertainment program was different every night and always very good — great fun for all ages. A special shout-out to the DJs at the nightclub — the music and atmosphere were amazing, and we had such a great time dancing! Special thanks to Jomi at the beach bar and Yusuf at the pier bar for the delicious cocktails and friendly service — you made our evenings even more enjoyable! And a massive thank you to Svetlana and her husband at the Diving Centre located right on the beach. Thank you so much for the unforgettable emotions and the incredible experience — it was one of the highlights of our trip! Overall, a truly memorable holiday. We will definitely be back — highly recommended!

Each year we go on holiday as a family and we really enjoyed our stay in Swandor. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the food was tasty. The beach was amazing, exellent choice for an all inclusive holiday and good value for money.

Kuwait-Everything is clean except for dishes & glasses 😔 i struggled every time to pick a clean ones. - Unfortunately cheap quality of guests, nothing to blame the hotel for. - the gym is full of barefoot children messing around with their sweat ! Every single day 😤. - no parking 🅿️ i had to park outside under the burning sun 🌞.

EstoniaEverything was over the top. Check in went smoothly and we even got our room before 2pm. Room was spacious with one double and one single bed. Comfortable beds, good noise cancellation, always clean and taken care of. I don't have words to describe the main restaurant. Variousity of foods is endless. I've never been to all inclusive hotel, that has this many options. Food is fresh and tasty. Restaurant is huge and there are so many seatings, that you never need to worry about that. The beach area is also huge and there are definitely few times more seats than quests. Also really nice pier, where are sunbeds, bar and at least 4 place from where you can enter the water. There are 2 large pools and small kids' pool, which were heated in the beginning of May. Two bars on both side. Staff doesn't serve you from sunbeds and you need to bring your own drinks. Luckily the queue moves fast and cocktails taste good. The beach restaurant which supposedly serves just snacks, has actually so much more to offer. Variousity of foods were the same as some 5 star hotels' main restaurants has to offer. Always super tasty food and friendly staff. Right outside the hotel is shopping street. Also Kemer city is just a few kilometers away. Loved I never felt hunger or disappointment when I stayed in Swandor hotel. I'm happy that I chose this hotel and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

AustriaWe had a problem with the air conditioning in the room. They came two times to fix but it was still at the end not colder than 23-24 degrees in the room. We did not make problem but it was not very pleasant.
The food was amazing. Really. Enormous amount of choices from meat to lamb to the vegan options. A lot of deserts, good quality coctails and drinks as well. Thanks to the chef! The beach is stone beach but it doesn’t bother bc you can directly go into the sea from the pavilion. Night fun was also nice. Staff were very polite as well.
