, blankets were very thin like sheets, and the air conditioner faces the bed. The safe requires an extra charge. Security staff don’t speak English, making communication difficult. The hotel is mainly for sleeping; the market is a 3-minute drive and the beach about 20 minutes away.

One thing I would like to draw the hotel’s management attention to, and I hope will be considered as is common in most reputable hotels, which I regard as basic: I wished the rooms included coffee, tea, and sugar, noting that there is an electric kettle to heat water. Another issue is that the safe locker should preferably be free, meaning its use should not incur a charge. Also, the minibar should provide two complimentary bottles of water, and this is often allocated according to the number of guests.

The hotel is very good. Its location is close to the market, and the hotel is very clean. I had a one-night booking in a family suite consisting of two rooms; the rooms are spacious with a balcony and a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the internet is strong and fast. As for parking, it is available in front of the hotel, so there is no problem with the car. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth and quick. The staff are friendly and kind, and their conduct is very elegant. The pool is large, spacious, and clean; there are two outdoor pools, and my children enjoyed them a lot. The staff helped me carry the luggage upon arrival, and they also offered me a welcome plate of fruit.

The water pressure dropped in the evening for two consecutive days when we needed it most on our return from the swimming pool. However, on our complaint, it was resolved each day.

The swimming pool and waterslides were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ample space for parking around the resort.The location of the resort is also great as you can find multiple restaurants, markets, and stores nearby. The view from the resort being surrounded by mountains is beautiful. Definitely value for money.

Room service. The everyday cleaning was not so good. We had to ask to repeat the cleaning. The daily change of soap and shower gel was not so good. We also had to call the reception 2 times, 2 days, to inform that we didn't get soap and shower gel. The refill of food in breakfast needs to be faster and improved. The safe in room costs 3 pounds per day.

The staff was so nice and friendly. The location is very good. Breakfast was great, although the refill was a little bit slow. The pool was amazing and the staff were great. The cleaning was very good at the time of check-in.

*Bettwr maintenance for rooms is needed. You don't feel their efforts for improvements. *Pools cleannessneedimprovements.. water is not transparent.. if I can explain it in such a way that you don't see your feet in the bottom.. kind of smoky. Swimming pools, if correctly maintained, must be bright. *All prices are displayed in GBP, and you can pay with the same currency or the equivalent in TL, which might cost you a little more with exchange rates. *the staff is young and inexperienced. They try to do their best, but we don't feel and see any supervisors or manager around monitoring service quality and eventually providing guidance.

The location is great as it is about 10 min drive from Oludeniz Beach. The hotel offered B&B and then offered to upgrade to half board (dinner), and the price was actually very reasonable for an open buffet because if you go outside you would spend more considering that the area is touristic.

The management the, room cleaning team, , the number of mosquitoes that you have to kill, (30 every day) and most of all that man with an unbearable smell without any deodorant or shower since weeks, who approaches you out of the blue with a British accent wannabe, trying to sell you real estate properties and offer investment advices during your family time..

Very clean hotel. Cleaner's in every day. Pool area v good and has a adult's only pool. Plenty of sunbeds but you had to get them at 8.00. Staff very pleasant and nothing to much trouble. Food at the pool bar very good and quite reasonable prices and lots of choice. About a 5 to 10 min walk to strip which has an array of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately Hisaranu and Turkey for that has had a 80% rate of inflation so this reflects on price for food and drinks, so not cheap anymore Unfortunately. Boat trip is a must, we booked with Sunny Days, £25 for your whole day inc food Would definitely go back. Unfortunately Liberty Hisaranu is going all inclusive next year so I won't be back to this hotel as I don't do all inclusive

My only criticism would be that for the number of guests, the pools are too small so can feel crowded.

We have just returned from a six-night stay at Orka Village in Hisarönü and had a truly wonderful time. We travelled as a family of four along with another family, and from start to finish we felt so well looked after. The property itself is very well maintained, and our family room was a great size – clean, comfortable and ideal for our needs. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. There are three pools (a little on the smaller side), but the water slides were fantastic fun for the children. There’s also plenty to keep them entertained with a splash park, basketball, volleyball and nightly shows for both children and adults – some of the performances were genuinely brilliant. The food was phenomenal. The buffet offered such a wide choice every day, with consistently high quality. We were always spoiled for choice, and everything we tried was delicious. What really made our stay extra special, though, were the staff. Every single person we met was friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were especially attentive with the children, which made such a difference. Overall, Orka Village exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic holiday, full of fun, relaxation and lovely memories. We would not hesitate to recommend it and would love to return.

Ample choice of food for every taste. Very good internet. Walking distance to Hisarönü shops where everyone spoke English. This is the closest town to the Blue Lagoon

There was no sachets of tea or coffee in the room even though there was a kettle. You had to pay per day to use the safe in the room. The slides were only operational for a few hours and was difficult to enjoy the facilities the hotel offers and still tour the area without missing out.

The breakfast and dinners were excellent.
