Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the castle. The room was modern and clean, balcony a little small but a bonus to find a room with one nonetheless. The family running the hotel are lovely, breakfast was a good turkish breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room took a long time to cool down because the AC was small and old and not big enough to cool down the room.

Not truly a negative, but - we were upgraded to a bigger room which had a strong cigarette smell. We asked to move and were given the initial room we'd booked. Maybe it's best to have a separate floor for smoking rooms? Smart TV with Netflix / streaming apps would be nice. We brought a Chromecast but there was no HDMI port in the TV, and no plug socket within reach anyway. Otherwise a perfect stay and no complaints.

Lovely hotel near the Kültürpark, with even lovelier staff. For the price you pay, this place is excellent - rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, restaurants are within walking distance. But what really makes this place great is the staff - they are all so kind and polite, especially Mesut who speaks perfect English and offered to help us with a medical problem. He really went above and beyond when he didn't have to, which is why you should be giving this hotel your business.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Izmir for about 10 days. The hotel was clean and well-located, making it convenient for transportation and exploring the city. However, it could benefit from some renovations to modernize the facilities and address issues like dampness in some areas. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff. Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Messut were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly made our experience enjoyable by guiding us and providing great recommendations. Their warmth and care were outstanding. If I return to Izmir, I would consider staying at this hotel again, mainly because of the amazing staff. However, for an even better experience for future guests, a few updates to the hotel’s facilities would be beneficial.

This is not a complaint but for improving to the even high standard. Host can look into keeping a microwave and some extra cutlery with knives etc. Also drying dish rack will be good too.

This property is a must go to in İzmir. Very close to all shops, cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. Owner of the property is amazing😊We had a problem first night with noisy neighbours kids, she changed it straightaway for us. Staff at the reception very good and helpful too.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The owner and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was super comfortable and had everything we needed, they allow to use their kitchen if there’s a need to cook something quickly. The service was excellent and the staff from the reception was very kind. We definitely recommend this place 100%.

The location is ok not far from Izmir Center point that can take the taxi to around 10-15 min. The local restaurant are not far from the hotel and have the minimart opposite the hotel (Walk 5-7 min across the main road) The room is very nice in modern style and some of hotel staff can speak in English. They also have free water can get at the lobby.

Wifi was not very stable, OK to check emails and such, but a bit slow for YouTube.

Personnel of the hotel was very welcoming. They were a great help !! The hotel is next to metro and railway station, and not far from downtown.
