The room is ok even if there is too much furniture in the room and it is difficult to move. Cleanliness could be improved, mostly for the dust.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to visit the main attractions, approximately 300m from the main place in Sultanahamet, 500m from the metro line U3 stop Cankurtaran and 1.3km from Sirkeci (Marmaray line).

Room cleaning did not happen - at least for the time we were there. We eventually got some towels from the cleaning lady.

You get what you pay for, facilities were a bit outdated and broken, the curtain pole broke on me when I tried to draw the curtains There is a large gap under the door, blocked it off with towels to stop cigarette smells wafting into the room

Water pressure is very bad , it’s difficult to have a normal shower. Walls in hotel are thin and one can hear other guests during the night. Hotel doesn’t have an elevator so for certain people climbing up the stairs may be a big No-No.

Very close ( or practically ) city centre. Very affordable. No car or city noises outside .

The room was quite small and the temperature control didn't work properly. Also, the property doesn't have a lift so, if you need to be in lower level floor be aware to inform in advance.

Friendly staff, nice location and good breakfast. It shure is a nice option to stay in Istanbul. There's a small market besides the hotel, which is very convenient and in a 10-minute walk its possible to get to the Hagia Sophia.

Water pressure in the shower is close to zero. The lights in the room do not have separate switchers to turn them on and off. The door card turns the electricity on in the room. In order to turn the lights off the card has to come out from the contact slot. So, one can't charge anything at night, as you need to take the electricity out to turn the lights off. The breakfast is very poor, and they serve only Instant coffee. For Turkish coffee they charge 5 euros/cup

We don’t have proper light in the room and all windows are opened all night and can’t close them and all the noises from outside are so loud. We can’t sleep well.we heard everything on our floor .

The room and the bathroom were extremely small. It was difficult to move around.

The room was nicely decorated, and the bed was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was simple but nice. The location was convenient in terms of the key sites. The view from the rooftop was beautiful and peaceful, looking out over the water.

Small rooms, large furniture--had 2 inches between the bed and desk. The room felt old and dated. Glad we were there just one night.

Only thing is that the water pressure of the shower is not so powerful but still acceptable .

We reached the hotel at very early morning because of the overnight bus schedule. The hotel gentleman let us take the breakfast first (because we wouldn't take the last day breakfast due to very early Check-out) and then relax on the beautiful terrace. The lady cleaned up the room immediately and made it ready for us to check-in, at around 10am!!!! 4 hours earlier than regular check-in time. We were very thankful for that. The room is spacy and clean, the beds are very comfortable too. We could simply lay in bed and see the Blue Moschee. The location is prefect, only about 5 minutes walk to the Blue Moschee and many lovely big and small restaurants nearby while the hotel itself locals at a small quiet street. The buffet breakfast was great too, basic choice with some very nice homemade food/cakes.
