Beautiful apartments! There are a lot of cute little things in the interior that create an extraordinary atmosphere of cuteness and coziness! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They treat you like family, which is very nice. They tell you about everything, including shops and excursions. The breakfasts are delicious and home-cooked. It's very cozy! I highly recommend it! The only thing is that the cleanliness was not so good, but I didn’t say anything to the owner because he was tremendously nice, and all the other things were very good. It would just take a little more attention to the bedsheets and the bathroom, in terms of cleanliness.

The Pansiyon is located in the upper area of Kas, but a short walk from the center, with a beautiful sea view! The owner is friendly and very helpful with advice. Breakfast was very good, and varied both sweet and salty, served in the outdoor area of the guesthouse. Do not forget to bring an eye mask for the night if you are not used to the light that penetrates through the windows.

We lived on the top floor and had an amazing view. That said, If you are 180cm or taller, we would suggest that you mind where your head goes, because the ceiling is angled downward in some places.

Very friendly and accommodating host, nice atmosphere, and delicious breakfast prepared every day. The location is nothing short of amazing, which compensates for a rather steep climb to get to it by foot.

We liked our leisure time at Smyrna apartments very much. Everything was exactly as it is in the description of the pansiyon and even more. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, location - perfect, food - very delicious.My kids asked me to share that they liked breakfasts VERY MUCH:) So, if your are planning your first or return visit to Kas, please, don’t loose your chance to stay in a such amazing place. We couldn't stay longer

We were upgraded to seaview room at no extra charge. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Facilities were great. Wifi was great. Table-cats were punctual and adorable.

The sliding bathroom door looks cool and stylish but doesn't provide much privacy, when was needed I asked my partner to hang out on a terrace for moment :) Steep climb up from the center, with the luggage take a taxi.

1. The room was extremely cute and clean, comfortable bed, nice smelling shampoo, etc 2. We booked a standart room (no sea view), but still even with the houses in front - the view was very nice and the sea visible :) maybe we got lucky being on the 3rd floor. I suppose the view from the higher floor is even better 3. Breakfast was great 4. It was quiet at night 5. Close to the restaurants, marina etc. Climbing up the street was the effort, but first nights we stayed down in the busy and noisy center and can confirm that the view and quietness were worth the climb

It was a great luck to stay at Smyrna Pansiyon which provided us with exclusively positive experience of staying at the hotel while enjoying the place! Great location, very clean, sophisticated and cozy rooms. We had see view room which was absolutely amazing. Nice and tasty breakfast, always relaxed atmosphere and very caring and supportive owner! And finally it was easy to find some public free parking there. I would definitely stay at Smyrna again!

It was just great! This is not just a hotel, this is a real home where you feel love and care every day. We received a map of popular places in the city, and the owner of the hotel was always in touch, telling us about the Lycian trail and beaches. The breakfasts were very tasty and of course ice tea!! I also want to note the location, it’s very quiet and you can relax, and also cats often came to our balcony and we already miss them! Me and my girlfriend who now wants to live in Kas are very grateful to Smyrna Hotel! Thank you!
