Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Para obtener la puntuación general que te mostramos, sumamos las puntuaciones de los comentarios que hemos recibido y dividimos el total por el número de puntuaciones de los comentarios que hemos recibido. Usamos un sistema de comentarios ponderados, lo que significa que cuanto más reciente sea un comentario, mayor será su impacto en el cálculo de la puntuación total. Por otra parte, en la valoración se pueden dar "subpuntuaciones" individuales sobre aspectos importantes, como la ubicación, la limpieza, el personal, el confort, las instalaciones, la relación calidad-precio y la wifi gratuita. Ten en cuenta que los clientes envían sus subpuntuaciones y puntuaciones generales de manera independiente, de modo que no hay relación directa entre ellos.
Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.
Si alguna persona ve algo sospechoso, puede comunicárselo en todo momento al equipo de Atención al cliente para que nuestro equipo de Fraude pueda investigarlo.
Idealmente, publicamos todos los comentarios que recibimos, ya sean negativos o positivos. No obstante, no publicamos aquellos comentarios que contienen o hacen referencia, entre otras cosas, a:

Para garantizar que los comentarios son relevantes, solo aceptamos los que se envían en los tres meses siguientes al check-out, y solemos dejar de mostrarlos si tienen más de 36 meses o si el Alojamiento cambia de propietario.
El Alojamiento puede decidir si responder o no a los comentarios.
Cuando haya varios comentarios, aparecerán en primer lugar los más recientes, aunque también se tienen en cuenta otros factores: el idioma del comentario, si solo contiene una valoración, si también contiene una reseña escrita, etc. Si quieres, puedes ordenar los comentarios o filtrarlos (por momento del año, puntuación de los comentarios, etc.).

Comentario auténticoEl hotel es lindo pero en fotos parece mas grande de lo que es, las habitaciones son chicas como en la mayoria de los hoteles de Estambul
No esta en la mejor zona. Lejos de la zona turística y cerca de la zona mas fea y si bien Estambul no es inseguro, es la zona mas aislada para caminar. Si van por primera vez a Estambul recomiendo que se hospeden en la zona Europea cerca de la Torre de Galata.

Comentario auténticoEl personal es muy diligente y amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y complacer. El desayuno es muy bueno con muchas opciones, salvo zumos , pero con frutas variadas. La zona de Hamman y Spa está muy bien. Los grandes Hoteles en Estambul (cadenas Marriotts, Hyat...), están muy lejos del centro y si quieres estar cerca debes de asumir que los hoteles son de tiempo y uso, pero este tiene limpieza, amabilidad y buen barrio, pero a todos les sobra una estrella comparado con España , a este solamente media.
Las habitaciones son justas en general, las primeras que nos dieron tenían los techos muy bajos, pero con solo este comentario nos ofrecieron a cambiarnos y mejor.

Mi primera habitación olía a humedad a todo momento también se le dañó el inodoro al segundo día de estar allí, me cambiaron a otra habitación y el mismo problema, el olor a humedad era terrible. Se podía ver moho en las paredes de la ducha. El huésped al lado de mi no paró de caerle a golpes a las paredes de su habitación aún cuando yo no tenía nada prendido en la habitación.

Comentario auténticoMe gustó mucho el Scalion Hotel&Spa. Muchas gracias al personal: los directores de recepción Akin y Berat fueron amables, atentos y receptivos. La habitación estaba limpia y cambiaban la ropa de cama y las toallas, la limpieza se hacía todos los días. El desayuno fue variado y delicioso. Desde el restaurante hay una hermosa vista del Mar de Mármol. Hacen un buen capuchino en el vestíbulo. Parada del tram no está lejos. También, gran bazar está cerca. - [ ]

Comentario auténticoEl recibimiento y trato del personal fue excelente, el buffet muy variado y la localización es buena.
Las dos habitaciones que habia solicitado juntas no las recibi. La primera noche me dieron las habitaciones en pisos distintos. Y la segubda noche recibi las habitaciones en el mismo piso pero lejos la una de la otra. Las vistas eran horrorosas y por la noche se escuchaban las cisternas de las habitaciones mas cercanas. Ademas las fotos publicadas en la pagina web no corresponden con la realidad. El material de limpieza deberia estar en un armario y no tirado en el suelo cerca de la puerta de las habitaciones.
