The shower was separate from the bathroom. The towel rails were outside the shower, i.e. there was no place for a bathrobe or towel inside. That could be a bit uncomfortable.

The only thing I can think of is the language barrier. The staff spoke very basic English and the communication was a bit poor. Also, the paid services were overpriced (beds on the peer at the beach, Chicha...)

The room was very comfortable; I traveled with my sister and my husband. We had a Duplex with 2 rooms. Very convenient and at the same private. Breakfast and all meals were very tasty and the variation and choices of food were suitable to all tastes. The beach was clean and spacious. The animation team and all activity instructors were amazing.

The Bohemian side meaning Duplex Suites and Villas are a must in case staying at this Hotel. Other than this side I don’t quietly prefer . Beautiful Duplex suites with a lovely access to a private infinity pool and wonderful service and free access to all a la carte restaurants in the resort.A special Thanx to Ugur for his stand out management and generous service. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and assisted by the administrator of private villas, who made us feel at home right away. The evenings were especially memorable thanks to the live music concerts at the main bar, which created such a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of our experience was dining at the seaside restaurant, Bohemia. The food, ambiance, and service were exceptional. We would like to extend our special thanks to Aysenur, Murat, Dolunay, and Osman, who provided outstanding assistance and made our time there truly enjoyable. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful for the hospitality and service that made our stay so pleasant.

Difficult at times to get sun loungers especially out on the pier ( which is beautiful ) . Advertised that there are 4-5 restaurants which feels like that they are included in All Inclusive pricing ( there is an additional cost for 4) .

Hotel room was spacious & clean . Good selection of food at meal times. Swimming pool areas were large , so never felt too crowded. Pool bar was great & lots of choices including great Coffees. Turkish restaurant was exceptional.

If you are a late sleeper, avoid staying next to rooms with lots of kids. They can be very nosy, starting six o’clock in the morning. You may put that in the “special request” section.

It’s a large hotel, so at certain hours it was completely crowded On the beach, the lounge chairs were under a shared sunshade, so they were placed too close together

Main downside, some of the staff let this place down. Mainly the guy at the pool bar with the star earring (didn't catch his name), but he was miserable! Serving beers with the cap still on and looking angry when he did it, just uncalled for and grated on us by the end of our stay. We ended up using the lobby bar more in the evenings the staff there were much friendlier. Also, the buffet restaurant was absolute chaos in the evenings! Worth noting too that it is mainly Russian guests at this hotel, majority of which were very rude especially during mealtimes, breaking queues and walking infront of people, but that's not the hotels fault.

Absolutely stunning resort, probably one of the best I've ever stayed in, the grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The room was equally impressive, super comfortable memory foam bed! We had a family suite which has been recently renovated, it was massive and had everything we needed, including daily stocked mini bar with chocolate for the kids and a selection of drinks including beer. All the food we ate was delicious too. Big shout out to the housecleaning staff, they were super friendly every morning and cleaned the room to a very high standard.

There was a mound when entering the sea so it makes it difficult and dangerous. And also the toilet is too far away from the beach.
