Animation team is tired. They haven't been interested in work at all. Always sad, unhappy and non-communicative even with children. During our stay (8 Days) I Have seen only once someone playing volleyball, no one playing waterpolo. I have huge experience with club and family hotels animation teams. It was the worst one. The hotel isn't clean at all. Awful. We could get room cleaning service only after 3 days of staying and after claiming at the reception. And after that nothing has been changed.

The hotel is not really big, but still has everything that you need: many waterslides, pool is wonderful, tennis court, fitness center, spa ... The food was really good. No mayonnaise or quark salads, but really balanced and tasty food even in the canteen. The staff team (except animation and cleaning) is very polite and ready to help.

I wished they had more entertainment like the hotel next to it like foam party, night club, better live music. I understand it’s family hotel however are lots of young couples.

I loved the staff first and foremost, they deserve to be recognized all of them , super nice, attentive, helpful and hard working (rarely I see such hard working ppl from the youngest to the oldest. It’s clean , constantly they clean. Plenty of snacks and food 24h. The rooms are spacious and daily cleaning and restocking.

The entire place looked tired and needs some investment to elevate its status to one of more luxury that holiday makers would associate with a 5 star hotel. Whilst the hotel fits the basic criteria of a 5 star hotel on paper it lacked what I believe holidaymakers who have been to plenty of 5 star hotels have experienced. If this was your first holiday abroad to a five star hotel, I think you would be impressed. The food was great and varied there was 24 seven. I’ve read comments where it gets boring but I just can’t see how that’s possible. Such great variation.

Staff were incredible. They work very hard every single day and did long hours. Super friendly and super helpful the whole time we were there. Food was delicious and plentiful all day long. Pools were nice. Drink service by the team on roller skates was Ace.

Pool was not clean enough at the begining. Snack bars are below average. The hotel is a good hotel as 4.5 stars but not 5 star according to the other hotels that I have been in Belek region.

Unfortunately, when we first arrived, we were given a different room than what we had booked – instead of a full sea view, we got a partial one, which was quite disappointing. We were told this was what their system showed, although it didn’t match the pictures and descriptions on Booking. The food was decent, but the variety was limited. Red meat was rarely served, mostly just fish and chicken. The main buffet restaurant was smaller than expected, with fewer dishes than we’ve seen in other 5-star resorts. After 2–3 days, the food started to feel repetitive. Also, the kids’ pool had colder water than the main adult pool, and The small amusement park was generally nice and most rides were running, except for two that were out of service due to staff shortage. Conclusion: Despite the initial issues, the staff’s helpfulness made a big difference, and we ended up enjoying our stay. I would recommend this hotel for families with children, as there are plenty of kid-friendly amenities and activities. Just be aware that food variety and room assignments might not fully meet 5-star expectations.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful – it never felt like they were only being nice for tips. The room was clean, the bed linens were fresh, and housekeeping service was consistent. The view from our room was beautiful. Also, the hotel is very family-friendly with lots of activities and facilities for children. Our overall experience improved over time, especially thanks to the restaurant management, who were very accommodating.

The not so core facilities, like the fun fair and gym were quite dated in my opinion and could do with some love. Where there is a beach on site, it is also clear that it doesn’t mix well with the pools as people don’t clean off before jumping in!

Whilst reviews are mixed across comparison websites, if you expect ‘good’ you will not be disappointed. If you expect excellent, you would need another hotel (this doesn’t make it bad however, just managing expectations). All the core facilities like restaurants, reception, bars, entertainment areas, kids club, playgrounds etc are lovely. The staff were excellent and consistently attentive. Perfectly child friendly!

dangerous hole in the floor outside by the pool, my friend cut her leg open so she had to go to the hospital to get stitches, toilet stopped working, air conditioner also worked a little bad for some of the days

Actually is not about the property caz is nothing to do with them but I didn’t like the sea caz you walk for about 2-3 meters and the water is overpassing you so no good for kids!

Still plenty sun beds to put the towels on at 9am(I was surprised),the staff come to sun beds to ask you for a drink (very polite)they’ve got bottle 🍻 like (Carlsberg,Becks)for all inclusive drinks,staff very fast and polite and one more thing which I love (even you go out of room and take the door card the A.C. Still works and you can find the room very cool!

Offering lacked variety as a whole. Which made us want to leave the 'All Inclusive' hotel 4 days out of the 12 we were there, to visit/experience something else. The hotels challenge is to stop people needing to do this.

The hotel is nice and certainly better than I expected after we read some of the reviews just before we flew out there. But they do need to re-invest into most areas. (e.g. The gym equipment must be the original equipment - at least 15 years old and looking older.) The food was ok, but certainly the same most/every night. Yes variety to a point - mainly different types of stew! - but not true variety - by cooking techniques. All in all this is a 4* hotel tops. But charging 5* pricing. Which certainly makes it feel very expensive for what you got. Upgrade the tired bits (and the food menu) and it would be one to go to for sure...

There is nothing in particular that I truly didn't like. WiFi requires improvement for sure, it is enough for messaging and web browsing, don't expect it to do heavy lifting with a lot of media. It also requires better coverage in the pool and beach areas.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Good food with a lot of options. There is a choice of restaurants on-site. Tasty snacks between main meals like hot-dogs, chicken doners, hamburgers, donuts, ice cream, etc. Cold drinking water in fridges. True beachfront. The beach clean and with plenty of sun-beds. The extra pool in the SPA with cold water was an amazing thing after sunbathing at +40C.

We took the family connecting room , it was fine . But the room service could do better for room cleaning and replacing the toiletries. There is a bad smell in the bathrooms sometimes , but I have experienced this at different 5 star resorts in Antalya , I think there's a major problem in the sewage infrastructure in the area.

Amazing summer vacation stay at Sherwood dreams resort . The Staff were all amazing helpful nice . Special thanks to Mr. Shabi, Tumut, DJ Joe , Picachu, Ms Burcu the entertainment team ! Many thanks to all the waiters and the waitresses , especially Mr. Sulaiman at the main restaurant, Mr. Mahmoud at the Bridge Bar , Mr. Nazir at the Waves Bar Restaurant. The food was excellent, many choices , good quality, snacks all day long . The swimming pools were always clean , maintenance done everyday. The beach was nice , we thank Mr.Denis for the water activities, we enjoyed it all. We enjoyed the water activities at the pool with the entertainment team , the shows every night at the Amphitheatre, the live music shows and DJ music nights at the Waves Bar Restaurant.
