Very well located. Enough space

Cleanliness not good at all. Shower never been properly clean (by hand) tiles in front of the vanity never cleaned. Appartement needs a really detailed cleaning. Only one roll of toilet paper for all your stay. No salt, no pepper, no even little sponge to wash the dishes

Neat apartment, 2 rooms with good storage. Loved the location. It’s private. There is a mini fridge and AC. Not noisy unless you open the window. Taxi is cheap using uber to go to the other side to visit blue mosque etc. cost around £5.

Very little plug sockets. No plug sockets in twin room. One plug socket in large room but at end of the room far away. No toaster or microwave. Bedsheets had hair on them. Toilet did not have a exhaust fan. Check-in process was confusing. Had to message them to say I was outside the locked building with my luggage until someone came to let me in. TV was connected with Ethernet but no internet access. TV WiFi was disconnected so couldn’t watch anything until connected it to WiFi. Then it worked. But casting was painfully slow. Had to beg for toilet paper as there wasn’t any in the flat. No dish washing liquid or body wash either. Entire building shared the same WiFi which isn’t secure.

Perfect location next to the taksim metro station. Clean and confortable appartment

Clean and tidy , big rooms

Apartment is located not too far away from Taksim Square (about 8mins walk). We always end our day walking around Istiklal St for dinner or desserts after a day around Istanbul, which was very convenient. Supermarket is also available nearby. Mr Sadi was very responsive. We had a leaking shower hose upon arrival. Messaged him and by the time we got back to our room in the evening, it was all fixed. Though the apartment may look a bit dated, all appliances work which is way more important for me. Washing machine, stove, iron and heater worked well and our family had a very nice 7 night stay there. Housekeeping is done every other day. Hotel has elevator which was a plus point. During our stay there, we had no issue coming back late, we felt safe reaching home 10-11pm and we are a family with 3 kids.

Clean spacious apartment with good cooking facilities and very central. I was very quiet and easy to make your way to shops or public transport just 5 mins away in Taxim square.

The decor is a bit dated, there is no balcony or communal area in the hotel and the view is of the back of a big old building across the road.

Location is close to the metro and Taksim square, Istiklal street apart from that, not worth the money.

The place had a strong smoke smell, the owner offered a change of appartment, but they are all the same, the firneture is old, carpets were dirty...the area is full of prostitutes at night when you come back at the end of the day with family, it is very uncomfortable and you feel that you are staying in a low class area.

Good location near Taksim Square with its excellent transport links, but a couple of hundred metres away, which was good for noise and not getting stuck when the square was closed. There is a good mix of restaurants, take-away food, and small supermarkets nearby for convenience (our favourites were just up the stairs almost directly opposite the building). The staff were lovely and available via WhatsApp as needed, with wonderful cleanliness after cleaning every 2-3 days. The suite was very clean and fresh, with good air conditioning and hot water, and a great shower. Having the washing machine was wonderful and there was plenty of storage space and comfortable places to sit. We were there for a long stay (11 nights) and wouldn't hesitate to go back. The common areas were always clean and bright and the lift was reliable, which was crucial to us. We felt we had lots of space and privacy.

Nothing was bad at all! The only improvement I might suggest would be a toaster for dedicated self-caterers (we toasted on the pan so it wasn't even an issue). If you're planning to do a lot on the internet it's not the fastest (so not for serious gamers or if you're needing a reliable high-quality video chat connection) but was perfectly fine for YouTube and so on. But this is just for information for certain travelers as we would thoroughly recommend staying here and hope to stay again one day!

We were there for almost 2 weeks. The location was perfect and close to Taksim and Kabataş port. Whenever we needed something, the host provided it. Our host was nice and helpful. We were there in March. First week was a little bit cold but the heating system was good, even we didn't have to put it in high temperature

The internet speed at night wasn't good enough, however in the morning it was good. In general, it was OK for an online meeting most of the time.

The facilities

The internet was very slow and in the bathroom, the hot water was not consistent which was very annoying.

It had large space

The location was not good at all the area full with beggars and over crowded, the bathroom is not clean and had no enough toilet paper. the facilities are not good: the kettle is not working, the dishwasher without soap the cloth washer is rusty and have no detergent. Iron and Iron board are dirty and can’t be used.
