la struttura mostra i segni dell'età ma pur sempre un hotel di ottimo livello. Non molto piacevole la zona intorno all'hotel.

Recensione verificataL'hotel ha un'ottima posizione vicino a mezzi pubblici e alla metro, a ridosso del mare che donava delle viste panoramiche molto belle dalle stanze con vista. Zona tranquilla e non caotica. La colazione è abbondante e varia in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Ogni giorno in camera veniva lasciata dell'acqua naturale gratuita. La pulizia buona e la wifi ben funzionante. L'hotel ha molti servizi per il business quindi apprezzato in tal senso.
La struttura è datata e manca di manutenzione generale, le stanze hanno ancora la moquette, in due giorni di pioggia ci sono state molte perdite di acqua nella hall dell'hotel che quindi è stata disseminata di asciugamani e secchi per contenerle. Gli ascensori sono in manutenzione e spesso risultava lunga l'attesa ai piani. I servizi offerti non sono da 5 stelle (nessun ombrello a disposizione degli ospiti per affrontare la pioggia ed il personale rispondeva che si poteva acquistarli ad un vicino mall - nessuna alternativa di tipologia di cuscini che risultavano molto alti per chi soffre di cervicali ed il personale dell'hotel non suggeriva soluzione alcuna). La piccola palestra a disposizione del centro ha una temperatura troppo elevata e risultava pesante qualsiasi allenamento. Il personale poco propenso ad aiutarti, forse per inesperienza e spesso anche poco di tatto, l'ansia di farti pagare qualsiasi cosa li spinge ad essere invadenti nel farti sottoscrivere i conti dei servizi usufruiti.
