The restaurant is really disappointing, there is very little variety in the food, and always the same food. They need to expand the menu. 😔

The hotel's hookah man Sezgin is really doing a great job, you should try his hookahs. The hotel's alcohol is above standard and sufficient, everyone is friendly 😊

Although alternatives to certain brands were available, it would have meant a lot to see more local options. In light of everything happening in the world today, including the political tensions and the impact on people’s lives, making conscious choices feels more important than ever.

A very pleasant experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the reception and guest relations team went above and beyond — so friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. Consistently professional, helpful, and courteous. Any questions or requests were handled efficiently. After a small hiccup at first, we ended up with a fantastic room. The accommodation offered a beautiful view, meals were of good quality, and the Turkish themed evening and the thoughtful gesture on my mother’s birthday added a special touch to the stay.

The reception staff’s limited English skills made it sometimes difficult to explain basic hotel arrangements, which affected our initial experience. During lunches and diners getting the barbecue from the pool area wasn’t convenient, particularly given that you have to go out from the restaurant to get the barbecue by also considering the slippery floor nearby the pool, which felt unsafe especially during lunches and dinners. The food variety could use some improvement, as the menu became repetitive over time (same applies for fruits and desserts). At the spa, the staff could have been more welcoming; also, the hammam area was always left with open doors all the time and lacked adequate heating, which was disappointing.

The hotel is fairly new, and the technical staff were quick to address any room issues, which we appreciated. Our room had a fantastic sea view, making our stay feel truly special. The private beach was enjoyable, though it sometimes became challenging to find available spots. We enjoyed the lively evening activities, especially the children’s club, which added to the family-friendly atmosphere. A standout for us was the restaurant staff, who provided exceptional service.

The hotel itself was new and beautiful, from the lobby to our room. Our room was spacious, with a lovely view, and it was cleaned every day. There was a great variety of food, and the service was excellent. A special mention goes to Batuhan, a waiter at dinner service, who made our dining experience very comfortable—well done to him. We also enjoyed our time by the pools and beach. Everything was clean, and the staff were polite throughout our stay. The evening entertainment was truly five-star.

The most uncomfortable thing was that people with children went to the pool for adults and the staff didn’t control it. This is the one place in the hotel where you can relax but, in fact, you can’t. What’s more, nobody answered my questions in Booking and I had to text in WhatsApp. I also asked about wake up call on my last night and nobody called too. Towels from time to time were dirty and with holes. Last year dinners in the main restaurant were amazing, like a little performance every evening. Nowadays the food is good but nothing really special.

I stayed in this hotel the second time. Barmen and cocktails are still great. The snacks area near the beach is nice and cleaning is better than a year ago. There were enough sun-beds on the beach and on the pier too. The staff is friendly. Also, dinner in a la carte restaurant was delicious.

The food was nearly the same every day and not a great quality, the deserts were nothing special and not that much of a choice and it’s a shame because l was very much looking forward it.

It is a beautiful hotel, got everything, the structure, the decor, the facilities, the beach etc. l especially enjoyed the 16+ swimming pool.

The hotel is still quite new and in its infancy, so smaller improvements such as a welcome pamphlet to showcase what the hotel offers.

Nice sized rooms. Excellent facilities at the hotel (Spa, hairdresser, gym, shops, photographer etc). Variety of food and variation on buffet. Outstanding entertainment in the evenings. Fun activites during day time (e.g. volleyball, table tennis etc). Nice beach. Nice pools (especially 16+ when travelling as a couple with a kids free zone - though looked equally nice in the big pool area if travelling with family/kids). Starbucks café, street food and separate restaurant (w/ more street food). Ala carte restaurant with fine dining. The location and resort is absolutely stunning, and we had a fantastic stay. The staff is very friendly and striving their best to create a good atmosphere and holiday for their guests.

The hookah lounge can get pricey and are a bit sneaky with pricing. If they mix two flavours, you will be charged for two hookahs. This raised an issue when paying, as we were not informed of the additional costs. Best to let guests know of entire pricing before charging.

Lack of English speaking staff was a bit difficult but I’m in a foreign country so can’t say much. The beach isn’t the sandy type so not the best.

Brand new hotel small but great. The entertainment was pheonominal. Food was very vast something for everyone and the staff were just great, really loved the trip.

The view from the room was overlooking nice construction site that was really exciting. Room service normally expected the morning actually was conviniently performed afternoon, yes, just when you are back from lunch. Coffe capsules were not replaced. Bathrobes size was so small that it made them useless. most annoing thing was no way to change large dollar euro bills. Neither at reception nor at bar. if you come to the hotel with large dollar or euro bills you stuck with them. good luck with giving tips or taking a cab around area. you are at mercy of taxi driver. on top of that Uber does not work there. Overall hotel is good but does not justify price tag on booking.

Beach is good, despite small pebble. Sea is swimable. Barmen Phukant is a pool side star. and Bilan waiter knows how to make customer happy. Bar at the pear is very convinient. Location is perfect, food is excellent.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall, but I would suggest that the staff encourage guests to respect queues (at the bar) more. It would enhance the experience for everyone if proper queuing etiquette was promoted. Other than that, the hotel was great in terms of service and facilities.

We absolutely loved our experience at this hotel! The food options were fantastic, the facilities were top-notch, the entertainment provided was enjoyable, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. We want to specially give a shout out to Suphi and Ferhat, who took great care of us! Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and service!

The hotel is brand new looks exactly like in the pictures. There was a lot of food diversity and the drinks were amazing. They had good animation team for kids and lots of things to do day and night. The acrobatic show at night was also very good. I would definitely recommend.

I was promised a view to the garden, but apparently the garden does not exist, so my view was absolutely awful (empty piece of land that might turn into a garden in the future). Asked to change the room for the one with better view, but all the rooms that i was offered had same view to non-existing garden. No food options for diabetics

The food is amazing. The variety of options is unbelievable! Plenty of deserts, including fresh fruits and Turkish Delights. Very helpful staff around the place - Lobby, restaurants, bars etc Shows every night.
