Very basic but for the price is excellent value. The pool steps were sharp and needed some work.

the hotel and room was a little tired and run down and needed modernisation shower needed changing, ours leaked around the seal and made the bathroom very wet and we had a broken shower head which was replaced with one that was better, but still not good at all. we also sadly struggled to get very much hot water. our room on the top floor did not have any night curtains and a lack of double glazing which meant we were awake very early each day and easily awoken by the outside noise in the street the hotel needs modernising, a neater paint and there was there was also a live unused wire above our bedroom mirror which was not covered that needs attention for safety reasons Wi-Fi did not work very well in the hotel for the price, owner’s helpfulness, view and location we think this hotel is great and highly recommend, but we feel the above points need to be mentioned to help the hotel and anyone else’s stay.

Our apartment was large with a main bedroom and a second bedroom/lounge. Also a good sized balcony with nice views Towels were changed daily and the a/c was efficient and quiet. We hope to return in 2023.

The hotel manager greeted us at 5am as our flight came in the middle of the night, and throughout the staff he was so helpful and attentive. We will definitely stay again!

We were on holiday in marmaris and booked apt for night away we communicated with owner to see where it was situated we got taxi and owner told taxi driver rxact location snd met us outside friendly manager and lovely clean apt around corner from bars shops etc

The Wi-Fi could have been a bit better.

The apartment was as expected. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cem, the manager was very nice. Dursun and Shermeen cleaned the apartment every day. I don’t know the names of the kitchen staff but the food was excellent. The bar staff Ahmet and Berat were brilliant but I have to say Ahmet was our favourite but Berat was the better Bilardo/ Pool player 😄😄 For us Scots the air conditioning was a bonus. I don’t swim much but my brother loved the swimming pool. Turunç ıs a small place and the apartments are located near to the top of the main strıp. Nowhere is more than a 15 or 20 minutes walk so no need for Taxıs.

The beds are hard! But we found this to be true in most of our hotels we stayed in Turkey, so it's par for the course.

Turunc is an amazing and quaint town and this hotel is in the perfect location to enjoy it all. It was a little hard to find at first as it's tucked away, but we loved that it was small and personal. The owner is so friendly and helpful and he took really good care of us, shared all sorts of useful information about where we should go and what we should do and helped us with everything we needed during our stay.

Shower glass not clean ,tap fittings old and rusty, kettle very grubby. Understand at the price we wouldn’t get a new apartment but cleaning was not good.

We had a great time at your hotel, your staff was great. We loved the pool and the bar serving. The rooms were clean. General manager of the hotel Cem was amazing. He was quick to get us what we needed and very fast. Super friendly and helpful.. We will absolutely come back again when ever possible. Wish we could stay longer.

Everything was perfect..

Cem was amazing from beginning to end, He simplified my additional stay and made everything right for us! I would definitely come again. Clean rooms, clean swimpool, new umbrellas, new sunbeds, new jacuzzi and pool table..We will definitely be back.

The hotel is very close by the beach. Rooms were spacious and very nice. Pool deck and jacuzzi were clean .Cute bathroom update. We had an amazing time. Everyone that I came in contact with was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
