Amazing hotel complex with an impressive amenities, delicious and various food, exciting aqua park and most importantly, a sand beach with yellow sand. We tried seaview room and also beach house room. Both are perfect! I am truly curious what a more expensive hotel can offer extra?

The spring beds were not comfortable and the huge pillows quite a pain in the neck.

The food was good, the swimming pool quite big, the beach was ok and the staff very efficient.

when we got there there was a musty smell from the room for my daughter which she was upswept about as she was there with the baby .They had to clean the room -may have been smell of smoke ! When she was moved the next day the room smelt a lot better .It was a hassle having to move though .We had 4 rooms booked for our party and they were scattered about which was a hassle remembering what room numbers and having to go to different floors .The room my sister was in had the view of a roof which was awful and she was eventually moved the next day .They refused to move any of us the same day ! We still had a lovely holiday as the place was great despite the issues .We had to keep going to reception about our rooms and feel they often didn’t take it seriously .Laila from the customer service ce desk was helpful .

We booked a room for three adults and we got an extra bed. When we filed a complaint, we got a slightly better mattress that creaked all the time and was too short for the person sleeping on it. My husband didn't like the choice of meat, lots of chicken and little lamb, fish and doner.

Everything is great. The beach is clean and sandy .and wide.The sea is clean with worm weather and two levels for swemers . The first part of the sea is shallow, which is good for small children and non-swimmers, and the second is for swimmers. The area in front of the hotel has some shade, which is good for those who don't like sunbathing. The food is delicious. entertainment and animation is varied.

I stayed at this hotel with my parents and we were all very impressed! The food was amazing – fresh, varied, and delicious every day. The beach was sandy and very clean, which made our time by the sea even more enjoyable. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful, making our stay relaxed and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

I face the only problem is from reception, they don't know English. Most of the staff do not speak English, which creates difficulties in communication. Only one person understands English, and everyone has to rely on him. As a result, we often have to wait for his availability to get any response or assistance. For taxi arrangement front desk also very poor, language issue we faced.

Beach/Room/Dinner all good and we are happy to stay.

Really big territory with different restaurants, pools and activities, nice sandy beach. Not far from Side old town, especially convinient, when travelling by car. Delicious food!

The bedsheet were not as clean as expected. There were some black marks as if someone had stepped on one of them. The toilet at the beach house we stayed also smelled of sewage.
