Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Bosnia and HerzegovinaThe international a la carte restaurant fell a bit short for us, but the other two were amazing. Internet coverage at the pool was spotty.
The food was absolutely amazing. Breakfast and dinner offered a huge variety for any diet preferences. The room was very clean and tidy every day. The pool bar has an assortment of drinks both alcohol and non alcohol and the same goes for all the bars. The spa offered massages that had to be paid additionally but are worth it in my opinion, because it was very very good. The staff was extremely nice and always helpful.

United KingdomStaff barely speak any other language besides german in Turkish (obviously). There is a night club but always empty, so you should go somewhere else if you want to have some fun. Basically, because people that are coming to stay in this hotel are no fun, therefore, whatever the staff wants to organise, there is no-one to do so.
Very clean. Food is exceptional, a variety of literally everything, very nice displayed on the buffet.

PolandThe hotel is a little bit far away from ancient city center. On another hand there is a bus station near the hotel and you can go to the city center by bus very quick.
I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The hotel was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the sea. The food was delicious and varied, with options for different cuisines and dietary preferences. The entertainment was fun and engaging, with live shows, games, and activities. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist and accommodate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

BulgariaI didn't like just some rules like this somebody who is not guest of the hotel and don't have bracelet can't even step on the beach front of the hotel, not inside in the complex, on the beach...security guy immediately came and make problem if some your friend for example came to talk some words with you....
Location, food, facilities, staff, pools was perfect, this hotel has thought of everything and you certainly can't get bored.

GermanyUnpolite staff at the Reception, hardly speaking English. Even at the Guest Relations office no English at all, not to mention the other personnel. The Italian a-la-cart Restaurant is no worth to visit, even Pizza does not taste delicious.
We stayed in that hotel for the second time. The only improvement was that the cafeteria was working 24h. The personnel inside the main Restaurant is working really hard to clean the tables and to serve your drinks. Some of the night shows are really great -very professional performances. On the other hand the live music bands are more or less on average level. We could highly recommend one to try the Turkish a-la-cart restaurant and the Spa.

United KingdomEntertainment was poor On the Saturday evening of our stay the hotel had a power cut that lasted several hours from approximately 7pm - we understand that this is unfortunate but can not believe the hotel did not have generators The hotel was almost in darkness - it was quite early making our way down 8 flights of stairs and unbelievably guests was trying to find their way round the food court with their phones on as torches to find food and sit at a table for dinner - we decided to go out and eat due to the power cut. If generators were in place then it would not have been such a problem especially trying to get your wife to go out without her hair being done

Netherlands- Entertainment is very poor. - The pool area is too small for the amount of people that goes for the private beach aswell. - Because of what I have mentioned above, if you don't put your towel before 9 am be very aware of the fact that yoy won't have any chair to lay on. - However food is up to taste and preference, for us as people originated from the Middle-East and know how the Turkish cuisine tastes like.. we didn't find it that great. Most of the desert tate like chemically made. That said the food is fresh and well diverse. - AC in my room would turn off automatically without any given reason. I woke up twice in a week time around 4 am to turn it back on. - AC doesn't work in the hallways of evry floor!
Its very clean and the staff are wonderful. The staff is the best thing in the hotel.
