I did not find any faults in this wonderful hotel, except that it is a little sad to leave this paradise.

It was my first time staying at an all-inclusive hotel in Turkey. I was really surprised by the great service and perfect accommodations. We stayed for 5 days, and it was definitely worth it. There were delicious food and beverages, friendly staff, and wonderful entertainment. You can find a hiking area near the location. We spent 2-3 hours wandering through these picturesque landscapes. The spa area, pool area, and beach area are really good places for relaxation and fun. Evening events were incredible and breathtaking. Thanks to the whole entertainment and sports team. Personally, many thanks to Tanya for the daily yoga and workout classes; she is very nice and professional. Thanks to Samantha, Evita, Kazim, and, of course, Mr. Cenk for the fun and daily activities; they are so cool and helpful.

We stayed as a family more than one week in this amazing hotel. The hotel personal was friendly all the time! We would like to thank you for this excellent time we had and your hospitality! The animation team was fantastic, we did pilates, yoga, with Tanya, danced Zumba with Samantha. We enjoyed massage in the spa with Schach. We had relaxed time in the small cafe with Turkish tea and beautiful music playing on the vinyl vintage collection. Thank you so much for taking care about us!

The beach was quite small, although it fit everyone without any trouble. The water would get full of small dirt from ships after 2-3 PM, however in the morning, it is crystal-clear.

The Hotel is well located with beautiful views of the mountains. The staff and waiters were all friendly and helpful. The Hotel had a wide variety of food, where everyone could find something they liked. We loved the territory and gardens all over the property. It is a great place for family stay because the property has activities both for parents and kids.

Even though it is an all-inclusive resort, there are one or two concessions, eg poolside fresh fruit drinks, made to order, which surprised us by requiring additional payment. To me, this was a little disappointing.

The food at all mealtimes was of good quality, well-cooked, plentiful and varied. It was self-service so you were free to take as much as you wanted. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-serviced daily. The pool was great; access to the beach was easy; there was a daily entertainment programme for those who required it.

We forgot a bag with duty free purchases in the fridge in our room. We checked out at noon and stayed in the lobby until 4:00 pm, apparently the staff found the bag and took it, they didn't give it back to us or say anything about it. It was unpleasant, even dishonest. Also, please don’t say about conscious consumption or “saving planet” when using hundreds plastic bottles daily.

Everything was great. Hotel was recently renovated and that makes it feel very comfortable. Perfect food, various meat, fish, a lot of local turkish dishes, amazing deserts, decent choice of alcohol drinks, beach and pools, excellent aqua park, great choice of lounge music in a pool area and really good evening entertainment programs. Always enough place on the beach and around pool. Most important for us was that it is quite and relaxing hotel, there were no loud music or drunk people or annoying daytime activities in kid’s area. The guests are mainly from Germany and Russia, but the latter have nothing to do with stereotypes.

We didn’t find much to do outside of the hotel in the evening, but that was expected

Excellent beach with clean turquoise water, which did not look too busy although the hotel was fully booked. Facilities are freshly renovated and the staff go out of their way to help, especially at the main restaurant. Buffet has so many dishes that you can’t try them all in one week. Special shout-out to the personnel of the sushi counter, which was a massive hit in our family. Animation team did really well, it wasn’t too loud for the people who didn’t want to join in and those who did seemed to be enjoying it!

The beach is a little too narrow for a hotel of this size, and the loud and tasteless music from the nearby water sports company vehicles make it a bit unpleasant to be on the beach.

The staff, facilities, quality and quantity of food and drinks...so much to like! Was a great experience and we will likely visit again.

Lunches and non-themed dinners at the main restaurant did not meet our expectations. We read a lot of praising comments about food left by last year's guests, but this year the standards got definitely lower. If you are not there at the start of lunch/dinner you risk to find some plates of main courses empty or have to wait in line for grills. We ended up eating in the snack bar and waffles place instead of having lunch in the main restaurant due to disappointing experience. Some senior restaurant staff members need more training in terms of how to deal with a 5* hotel guests, in particular the one with dark red lipstick greeting guests at the entrance. Some manners, respect and professional behaviour would add to her profile. Waiters in the main restaurant are super nice to those guests who speak German compared to others, the difference in treatment is clearly seen which should not happen in a 5* hotel. End of the day we all pay the same amount of money and so, there should be no difference in attitude to guests of other nationalities. The volume of the music of the night shows is deafening! Just awful! We could not watch any show because the volume of the music was unbearable. The management needs to do something about it.

The place is so green and very well taken care of you dont really feel it is a bit small. Most of the staff are really efficient and friendly. Guest relationship manager Elis hanım is an amazing person with great professional qualities. We requested a room in a quiet part of the hotel a couple of weeks in advance and we got a really nice one. The beach is clean. Sun beds are always enough, but if you want one in the front row you need to wake up early. Security of the hotel work perfectly. At first we were slightly worried about staying in the ground floor room facing the mountains, but we saw with our own eyes how quick the guards were there. A group of boys were playing outside the hotel and their ball got right next to our balcony. One of the boys jumped over the fence to get the ball, but he did not have time to jump back as 2 security guys were already thereto check on what was going on. Snack bar, waffles and sandwiches place that opens in the afternoon and all bars are great. Seafood night and Turkish night were good in the main restaurant were good. Sushi are there daily.

Better care should be taken in the kitchen with regard to nut allergies - a walnut was found in a cheese sandwich, that could have had serious consequences for my kid who has severe allergies to nuts. However, we took it up with the manager and he alerted the staff.

This is one of the best Ultra All Inclusive resorts I’ve been to. The food , facilities , beaches, aqua park , rooms were all of the best quality. There were a variety of options for all picky eaters, and it was tasty.

The bed for adult and the bunk bed for kids were very hard and not spine friendly. The kids bunk bed was quite small on the width and was looking like a sofa turned into a bed. Even the sofa in the room was not comfy and was extremely hard to sit on. There were probably 2-3 employeee who knew how to speak English. We had a hard time talking to many of the employees when placing requests. We didn't have the option to turn on the AC or fan in the room as all rooms were centrally controlled and the Heat was on. After calling reception, we had a technician coming to our room but even he couldn't fix the heat or turn on the fan. Front desk said they can't provide the standing fan. Due to hard bed and no circulation of air in room, our sleep was disturbed. Opening the window didn't help because it turned noisy. Highly recommend hotel to have some standalone fans available and keep the fan/AC options on during the month of April and forward. There was no dedicated spot for smokers and people were smoking all around in open areas. This was not kids friendly situation. Lastly, we requested the front desk to give us 1-2 hours extra for late check out since our flight was at 7pm. But the man on phone said we have to pay 10 euros extra per hour if we want to stay longer. After spending 5 nights and 6 days at the hotel, we didn't expect that hotel management would not offer us complimentary late check out even for 1 hours. There was no shuttle service by the hotel to Airport either.

The kids club and showtime each night were the best. Veronica in specific and Melanie from kids club were very nice and super energetic and dedicated person for doing their jobs. The housekeeping ladies were very welcoming, smiling at all times and very nice. The food options were great. Especailly the Turkish Night offerings were the best for dinner. The restaurant crew was exceptionally hardworking. Cleanliness was top notch and the whole team was extremely dedicated to keep the property clean and pristine.

Doesn’t have much of a turkish touch, except for few food options. Restaurant gets crowded and loud. Overall the size of the resort is quite cosy and can get very crowded. Same for the beach which was crowded even though we visited towards the end of season. Indoor pool which is supposed to be heated wasn’t and water was quite cold - we wanted to take our baby swimming in the heated pool as other pools were too cold but couldn’t.

Plenty of options for good food and drinks all day round. Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and loved the pillows. Lovely staff and quick to respond and help with anything. Good spa facilities, sauna and steam room were really refreshing.

Coctails, beer, wine have no alcohol at all. If you prefer all inclusive for alcohol, Sailor's beach might not be a good choice.

You can find even bigger resorts for the same amount of money you pay here (a bit expensive one). But as I said, maybe you can't find the same service.

It is one of the best service you can get around Kemer, Antalya. It is not a resort but still, you can even better service than you can get in some big resorts. Staff is really friendly and trying to help you all the time. The food and drinks were also very good. Well, they don't have passion fruit cocktails but that's fine😃. Everyday they come up with different events which makes your day fullfilled. The beach is also very nice and clean. In general there was a good mood staying in this hotel.

Upon checking in at the reception, we were met by a non-friendly employee, he behaved aloof and even arrogant, although we were polite to him. This ruined the impression of the hotel. But the most important disappointment of the hotel is the beach of the hotel. The water in the sea looks cloudy and has an unpleasant stagnant smell. All the sun beds are covered from above with huge industrial awnings on thick metal pillars, the same ones are used in car parks in the METRO store in Antalya. Because of this, there was a feeling that people were not on the beach but in a cattle pen. We have traveled a lot on our own in Turkey and we have something to compare it with, so this hotel can be recommended for a stay of one to two nights maximum, but no more.

The room was spacious, comfortable and tastefully equipped. Well-groomed greenery near the main building. There is a good selection of dishes in the main restaurant. Respect for chefs.

Evening entertainment programs didn't impress me at all, I'd much rather prefer just nice live music. Also the amphitheatre is very small, it can only fit about 30% of hotel guests. Also while food is good the drinks especially alcoholic ones leave a lot to be desired. My friend got even poisoned ... not sure exactly from what but we didn't eat or drink outside the hotel, we suspect it was from some alcohol.
