PortugalIt’s not necessarily a dislike, but there’s room for improvement. Their breakfast concept generated too much waste.. It would have been better if we could choose what we wanted to eat. It was brought to the table and we found it difficult to turns some of the items away as the staff didn’t seem to understand much English. The curtains let the light through in the morning.
Everything! 😍 Amazing hotel, beautiful room, super clean, the bed was so comfortable, the amenities were excellent. They upgraded us to a junior suite which was incredible, and made our stay even more special.

South AfricaThe breakfast spread could cater a bit more for people who do not eat beef (chicken/lamb should feature on the breakfast menu). Some of the staff need to learn better english and customer service skills (breakfast area). Cleaning staff need to clean better.
The hotel is beautiful with many themed details tastefully exhibited throughout the premises. Management is sincere about complaints logged and make every effort to resolve a negative situation.

United KingdomA fantastic hotel with great staff and a really nice environment. Very clean and the style of the hotel is great. Rooms look great, the pool looks great, the breakfast is plentiful. It is 9 minutes walk from the main area of the town, which isn't too much of a problem but something to be aware of.

Absolutely everything! This boutique hotel is stunning! The attention to detail, the service, decor, spa facilities and dining are all exceptional!! Super comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The hotel opened one year ago—modern facilities in a beautiful setting. A short walk to the main square in Goreme. The staff is very accommodating and incredibly helpful. Our suite had its own private balcony, including a fairy chimney, which made for excellent viewing of the balloons in the early morning. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone!

After spending 10 days in Cappadocia amongst different styles of accommodation. This is the place. The location, the spa, the people. This place is lights out. Amazing. We enjoyed 5 nights and would return in a heartbeat. Easily accessible to the town site. Free parking with valet service. Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ascetically pleasing and overly welcoming staff. Hot air balloons flying over head in the morning. Beautiful spa we enjoyed at the end of every night after long days exploring. Steam room, sauna, pool, repeat. This will be the only hotel I whole heartily recommend to anyone and everyone. Huge thank you to all the staff. We will be back.
