The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The swimming pool is nice, especially during hot summers. Breakfast was definitely good.

The location,nice comfy bed and helpful staff Host Armaan was very very helpful.Guided us in booking for balloons and photoshoot.

The friendly staff went above and beyond. They organised our airport transfers and a balloon trip for us at a reasonable prices and arranged different tours for other guests The location was great - on a quiet road, a short walk from the town. The roof terrace was an excellent spot for watching the hot air balloons and sunrise in the early morning. The room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast had a good selection.

The bar sometimes ran out of certain drinks, e.g, cans of Sprite, but the staff were great at suggesting an alternative.

Great location in Goreme which is the recommended place to stay when visiting Cappadocia. The pool, bar and rooftop buffet were awesome additions to our stay. Lovely big, air-conditioned room and helpful staff to suggest activities and assist with transfers and more. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The only thing I could comment on was a lengthy wait for our food when ordering from the bar. Other than that, no complaints!

Really good location to visit all the touristic sites of kappadokia, clean and spacious rooms. Great selection of fresh products for breakfast. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable to all the possible activities that can be done in the area, and can easily book excursions within couples of hours. Definitely recommend a stay at rustic caves.

Customer service

The shower, it was not accessible for taller individuals. We were unable to watch tv. And refrigerator was not cool enough.

The hotel has very warm and attentive people. With a perfect breakfast, I only spent one day there but I will definitely visit again.

The swimming pool. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The manager let us check out but still use the pool until we were picked up for the airport. It was further from the Main Street and that wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t so very hot. Would highly recommend.

Maybe location due to very high heat. Hard to get to and from in the middle of the day

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional – a special thank you to Serdar, Arman, and Farshid for always being so professional, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel genuinely welcome. Also, a big shoutout to the lovely ladies at breakfast; always smiling and attentive, making the mornings even more enjoyable. The hotel is very nice, clean, and location is very good; everything you need is just a short walk away. And even if something isn’t nearby, the amazing staff always go out of their way to help organize everything for you. Highly recommended! 😃

Excellent hotel with everything you could want. The staff were great about booking airport transfers and activities for us. The pool area was a great place to relax and the breakfast was delicious each morning. Would highly recommend.

The shower had no curtain or glass so water would end up all over the bathroom after having a shower.

Modern, air-conditioned, comfortable room with a king-size bed_ excellent breakfast and upstairs balcony to view early morning balloons. Located 6 minute walk away from the bus stop. Staff were superb. Excellent swimming pool.

A large bathroom wooden window opened inwards into the shower. Bathroom fittings had no quality.

The staff were really good and the breakfast was excellent.

We would have enjoyed the pool a lot more had the drinks prices at the pool bar not been so exorbitant. The hotel would also do better financially if they put a bt less of a margin on the cold beer prices as we would have enjoyed a few at the beautiful pool.

Lovely staff, kind, communicative ahead of and during stay, provided helpful information on tours including the airport transfer and hot air balloon ride. Recommend booking tours with the hotel. Breakfast had an assortment of foods with a terrace view.

We experienced an issue with the initial room that the staff addressed right away. Their promptness for attending to the concern and providing a comfortable stay was appreciated.
