For a two night stay is okay but it has to be considered the humidity of sleeping in a cave (but this is something you will face in almost all caves os this style).

The experience was good and when we faced the shower was broken they immediately fixed it. They were always ready to help and helped us book the best offer to ballons. Wifi was good and breakfast was okay. Thank you!

The check-out time is a bit too early (11:00).

The staff was very kind, especially Youssef. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The hotel’s location is perfect for watching the balloons and is close to everything.

The wifi was not working for us

Great location and wonderful staff. The team was so helpful with making reservations and organizing transportation. The hotel has a great roof perfect for balloon watching in the morning without a crowd. Lovely breakfast as well

First of all, the staff were absolutely amazing. Very helpful, friendly, did everything to make our stay perfect. The room was spacious, nice bathroom as well. Convenient location near town centre. The terrace (they have 2!!!) was perfect to watch the balloons, really magical. When we come back, we will book at the same hotel for sure! 10/10😍

My 17 yr daughter and I stayed in room with king and twin and my 19 yr son stayed in room with queen. Both rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff was so friendly and breakfast was good and easy. Lots of restaurants and rooftops around and few min walk to center of town.

Noise levels, although I suspect this may be the case in any of the cave hotels. With a sunrise hot air balloon ride (3:30am pickup from the tour operator), we tried to get to bed early but there was so much noise from other guests returning to their rooms later in the evening. One would think cave walls would buffer the noise more, but it may have come in through the windows. Then I'm sure we woke others when leaving at 3:30am. It was still worth it, but you may want to pack earplugs!

I knew that we had to experience staying in a cave hotel during our trip to Cappadocia. It was such a magical place, and the hotel experience definitely added to it. The staff helped us navigate to the hotel when our GPS brought us the wrong way up a one-way street to get there. The location was fantastic with incredible views and just minutes from the bars/restaurants in the downtown. The room was spacious for our entire family, with comfortable beds and cool room temperature.

Only fault for our stay would be that the room sometimes smelt a bit off.

The cave hotel was unique. It was spacious, the hotel staff were lovely and it was close walking distance to the Main Street.

The only thing not much great was the breakfast. There could have been more varied options. Also, the terrace could have been more cleaned and decorated since it is the hotspot for watching balloons.

The property location is wonderful. Close to the main market so you dont have to worry about commuting to restaurants.

The only small issue was that the hotel has two separate buildings, which made it a bit confusing to find the reception area at first. However, once we figured it out, everything else went smoothly.

From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and thoughtful—the staff even helped transfer our luggage to the room. They also arranged a very affordable hot air balloon ride for my family, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The hotel offers all the necessary facilities, and the staff were always available and ready to help with anything. Breakfast was delicious, and the spacious sitting area made it even more enjoyable. The rooftop view was stunning and added a special touch to our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cappadocia!

Very friendly and helpful owner. They arranged the good balloon flight and airport pick up. Hotel is located on the hill with a great view from the terrace. Breakfast was abundant, different sweet and salty options. Room was comfortable, nice shower and beds.

The bathroom didn’t have a window, and there was a noticeable sewage smell at times. We had to turn on the air conditioning or open the room window to help with ventilation.

The hotel is very well located, close to the center of Göreme. One thing to note is that the name on Booking.com doesn’t match the name that appears on Google Maps – it’s listed as Angel View Suites on-site. However, the address is accurate, so we had no trouble finding it. Our room was beautiful and had the traditional cave style typical of the region, which we really liked. That said, the bathroom didn’t have a window, and there was a noticeable sewage smell at times. We had to turn on the air conditioning or open the room window to help with ventilation. Breakfast was amazing – very diverse with lots of delicious options. The hotel also has a rooftop with a great view over Göreme, which was a lovely bonus. The staff were fantastic. On the day of checkout, they kindly let us leave our luggage at the reception area from around 11 AM to 7PM. We also had an issue with the company we originally booked our hot air balloon flight with, and the hotel managed to get us a new booking at almost the same price – which we were really grateful for.

It would have been nice to have cushioun out on rooftop above Rose Cave portion of hotel to sit on. There is a lot of smoking from the staff so that area does smell strong with cigarette smoke.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet was great. The parking was tight but we had 3 cars and the staff was alway willing to shuffle around the cars when we needed them.

The parking situation is rough, when there was a holiday when we visited we had to park elsewhere one night. However that’s probably the case in a lot of these cave hotels as the old town was obviously not built for cars! Just something to be aware of if you have a vehicle

Loved everything here: location was perfect (5 min walk to Main Street in town), bed was SO comfortable, the cave experience was unique and awesome, rooftop views were fantastic, and staff was wonderfully warm and kind.
