While the bathroom was clean, the shower was quite moldy.

Great hotel in a good location in Izmir in the lively Alsancak area. Nice quiet street away from the hustle and bustle but well within walking distance of the water and restaurants. Comfy room with a nice bed. Complimentary water and coffee provided, with optional minibar food and drinks. Hotel staff were very friendly and offered suggestions for places to go for food. They even gave us a little evil eye keyring as a thank you for staying!

The staff were very kind and attentive. The location was good, very close to the bustling heart of Izmir and especially close to many clubs and bars. Hotel was exceptionally clean, marbled and very cold.

As a suggestion would be nice to have in hotel some additional amenities available on request e.g. iron board, flower vase, warm duvet.

Great location, clean and comfortable facilities. New smart TV in the rooms. Overall it’s amazing value for money. Very hospitable and welcoming staff. No breakfast was available during our stay.

Maybe the fact that the hotel is located in a street that is not renovated and it appears a bit unsafe but actually it is not.

Very clean, renovated hotel in a great location. Staff was very helpful and nice. They even ran after us when we left because we forgot one package in the room. I would highly recommend this place.

If any remark has to be given, the cushion was a bit too thick and hard

24h reception, very friendly staff. They really check if you are a guest or not. Clean, nice and practical. I left the key of the room of a friend, cause we got seperated. When we came in together, he already had the key ready. They pay close attention.

Minor details in the room (missing light and imperfections in paint job) . Also would be nice if we got more than 2 teabags.

Room was very nice despite hotel only having 2 stars. Everything was new and comfortable. Concierge at the reception was super nice, helpful and even gave us a goodbye gift!

Very clean, easy check in and friendly faces. I was a bit worried about noise but the location was perfect - close to the Main Street but no noise. Will definitely stay again and would recommend ☺️

Can’t really say anything I disliked. I would maybe recommend extra hooks in the bathroom or room as this is convenient for hanging towels and other items.

A nice, cozy room in a fantastic location. Close to lots of restaurants and walking distance from the train station. The staff were very kind and friendly. We got some complimentary water and they gifted us a keychain upon check out which was very sweet. They also let us store our luggage until our flight.

There are some clubs nearby, which can make the streets around the hotel a bit noisy. This is only a minor complaint however as you will not be bothered by this when youre in the hotel.

The people from the hotel were very friendly and the location is close to a lot of restaurants and public transport. We can recommend this hotel!

It was very clean, comfortable rooms and facilities after a long day of travelling. Very close to night life of Izmir and main attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions, finding taxi/bus tours.
