Food variety in breakfast and dinner are okey but lunch is very weak. there was a noise of droplets from minibar at room. more seabeds are needed in beach since all of them are full all the time.

guest relations office staff works great. they are really helpful. Mountain view, landscape design of hotel and beach is very good. You should swim in early morning and feel the peace and calm in wonderful nature view

The food in The Big Restaurant was not so good . We decide to eat in The small Restaurant for a littel ekstra payment but The food and service was very good there .

Terribly soft and overused mattrace on my bed. Perhaps an issue everyhwere. Horrible pillow. This needs immediate attention pls. No hand and body lotions in bathroom....

Breakfast was good, location was kinda ok i guess, the beach part was a bit cramped and pontoon was the same situation, the hotel premises are big enough to stroll arround but not very much to do like activities. The sunbed situation is atrocious , you never get a sunbed on the beach or the pontoon, not enough of them and people would just leave the towel on it and dissapear for the entire day, hotel staff would not do anything about it. The drinks are subpar, yes they have a cool selection of made up drinks but i dont think its normal to drink 13 cocktails in a day and not feel anything plus that they dont serve you normal drinks they had like weird brands that i never heard of, you need to pay extra for premium drinks, . I would rate this as a glorified 4 star, i payed like 1000 euro for 3 days. Would not recommend at this price.

The only thing I didn't like is the AC was very hot and humidity was high at all rooms, and the family room AC was not working, but they fixed it on the same day. Moreover, they have restaurants with reservations and extra charges, and there is a premium bar for some type of drinks with extra charges. I wish if the covered beach beds were much more than that.

I like the location it has many shopping around, and the stuff was very humble and friendly. At the checked in, Ms Guler helped us a lot. She upgraded our deluxe rooms to sea view and one room to the family room. She is very kind and welcoming. The property has many adult activities such as beach parties, younga, pool activities, archers, and many more. The food was very good and variety options. At the bar Mr. Unal was the best bartender ever. Room cleaners were great and friendly.

The A/C in the room doesn't work. It doesn't matter what temperature you set or which fan speed you choose, the room doesn't get cold. I've been in multiple rooms. All the rooms are too warm. You need to leave the windows open to get a cool breeze from outside, but then some mosquitoes might come in. Also, there is a loud disco club on the property that goes past midnight every night. It's best to bring noise cancellation to help fall asleep.

Very spacious and clean rooms. The bed is comfortable. The WiFi works well everywhere. Shower feels amazing. Onsite and secure parking area. And the hotel amenities are simply fantastic. The sauna, fitness center, and hamam are fantastic. Huge outside lawn to walk around in with daily activities (yoga, tennis lessons, spin classes, etc.). Nice large swimming pools along with lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxation. Big beach area (although it was closed for cleaning when we went). Amazing buffet restaurant with lots of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Free drinks at the bars scattered around the property. You won't leave this place hungry.

The facility needs to be upgraded, one of our bed mattress springs wore off and was not comfortable to sleep on. Food quality most change especially at barbeque restaurants.

It was varieties of food however the food sometimes was cold and too salty. Burger quality was poor and it was cold to serve whenever was asked for it. Barbeque restaurant dessert menu do not have enough option.

this journey was a gift for my mother's birthday. summary: in check in and after check out, the bellboy did not help my mother get her suitcase out of the trunk to pick it up, the girl at the reception did not offer my mother the welcome drink (champagne that was near the entrance), the room was not ready at the time of my check-in.

No freshly squeezed juice available 27-28 December. One waiter with longer hair was rather strange. Removed water glasses while we were still eating on 28 December. Did not care to wipe the disco floor. Also on 28 December.

There were cats around the hotel, which was lovely. We really enjoyed them. But unfortunately the cats been get rid off very badly - been put inside the waste bin to get rid off, which was so cruel. The sound the cats were producing during this is still in my ears. Through the end of my stay, the main restaurant closed and it was moved to small & squeezed area where none of the guests or staffs happy to be in. When I asked why it happened, the staff said because of the construction but I did not see anyone working in the restaurant to fix things until I left. So the movement was pointless. If i did not see the main restaurant what it was, the score I gave to the hotel could be even 6 but because I know what it was i gave higher score. The hotel management was faulty with this movement as they disappointed a lot of their customers. The hotel management should have really not accepted any guests of there is any renovation or construction in the restaurant.

Staff was so kind, cheerful and helpful. The location was beautiful - nearside the beautiful sea. The garden was amazing. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The room was regul6 cleaned. The food was generally delicious.
