Too commercial and too cold , many tour buses coming thru and the place needs renovation and there was too much open construction going on everywhere .. it was servicable .. but that was it .. the food was mediocre although many choices

Property needs upgrading. It’s very old. Dirty rooms and not friendly customer service to people from black background. Gave us odd looks and very unapproachable. Made us feel uncomfortable. Reception people gave us hard time during checking. Difficult to get local bus to go to Pamukkale sites. But easy to come back. Better to rent a car to get around.

Half board meals were delicious various choices to choose from. Indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Sauna and hammam (self served) included in half board.

All big buses full of tourists stop here late afternoon to leave super early and enjoy the half board experience with the big buffet. Not a problem if that's your style of vacation.

Free access to the spa center with 2 natural mineral pools and 1 regular big outdoor pool, 1 sauna, 1 Turkish bath, and a fitness. Excellent location 10min drive from South entrance and 3min from North entrance. Comfy and spacious room.

Some of the facilities were outdated like the common bath taps were rusted. Separately, we had a half-board booking and had a bad surprise at the checkout that some things we were told were covered were not covered - so be very specific to check what is covered. For us, we were told at the check-in the tea & coffee in the afternoon is covered as part of the half-board. But at the checkout we received an extra charge for all the coffee and tea we ordered from barista, apparently only the tea& coffee that is available at the cafe for self-service was covered. We paid quite a lot as we don't come with a tour and booked ourselves. and the small charge for something due to miscommunication left really a bad taste for us at the checkout. Even if we questioned the charge, we were charged regardless.

- telling us in advance that the main swimming pool was closed for season, had large tour groups that came in and we're a bit noisy at night but daytime was quiet.

- corner suite was exactly as pictured (the bath tub is high fyi so need to climb in/out to use shower), lovely quiet grounds. Clean thermal pool outside open until midnight and good quality and range of food: mezze better than mains. Even gave free wine and fruit for a birthday celebration! Hotel will call taxis which work by the meter so no surprise charges. Staff tried hard to communicate in english

Only one sandwich maker during breakfast. No body lotion in the room. No Tissues in the room.

Breakfast and dinner was delicious with good variety. Jacuzzi is nice and the thermal pools are pleasant. The view was beautiful. Taxi service is easy to organize.

Richmond Pamukkale has everything you could want in a thermal spa. There are a few hot outdoor pools with different temperaturs and hot indoor pools with saunas. Everything is very clean. The rooms were nice. It's a comfortable hotel in all ways. Kubilay the manager was very friendly too.

The food is rather low quality and the facilitations are more like a 3 star all inclusive than a 5*. Definitely not worth the money if you book from here.

The staffs were working long hours. There is a rubbish mountain on the way to the resort, which was smelt and might not be good for hygiene.

The thermal pool was well maintained and the staffs were hard working. Good environment with a combination of nature and facilities.

Even though we had small problems hotel stuff did their best to sort them out,we liked our room size and location,only downsize for us was at some points room and hotel looked abit tired,specially ground floor,but people work here are amazing,we didn’t care at all.

We most like about flexibility,pool and thermal pool open till midnight and bar serves too,restaurant was nice and clean,food was delicious and fresh, I recon one off the best option in the area.car park inside and secure,not far from Pamukkale too,recommended.

An ordinary hotel that should not be 5 stars: check-in at 14:00, we were there at 14:40, we got a room at 15:30. shabby room, there were 4 of us, but there were towels and bathrobes for three, the food was ordinary, and the drinks were paid for, only a simple sweetened drink was free. for a 5-star hotel, the bar by the pool was used by paying for everything. In our experience no more than a 3 star hotel. The only plus is the panoramic view.

The major disappointment - beyond the hotel's control - were the small pools at Pamukkale. When I last went there - 25 years or so ago - the blue pools were radiant. A massive tourist attraction has been severely damaged in the interim. Very sad.

Our room was too far from entance need to pass 3-4 blocks until reaching it.

Free and good brakfast. Good dinner. Big and hot pool, kids like it. Close to Pamukkale, very easy to go there if you have a car.

The bakery section at breakfast is limited. It should be improved.

The pools of the hotel are very nice. The outdoor pool is big and clean, the outdoor thermal pool is very convenient. You don't have to go inside every time.
