GermanyA few topics to re-consider: 1- Room Type: This was my second time in the hotel and I've selected Aegean Room since I've enjoyed it previously. This time I was given a 2nd floor room, overlooking to the common breakfast seating area with a side sea view. I understand that rooms are different, but I suggest to the facility that they distinguish rooms like these from the Aegean rooms on third floor, directly overlooking to the sea. 2- Crowd: Seasonal, yes, but the hotel felt crowded. 3- Value: Above mentioned reasons are making the price of this stay unjustified.
It's an excellent facility with great location. Staff is doing their best, always polite and attentive.

United StatesAlmost no one spoke English enough to make ourselves well understood. No matter because they took very great care of us irrespective of communication challenges.
Breakfast was superb. Multiple attendants taking care of our every need. Buffet and a la carte available as part of the included breakfast. Everything was new and clean and of impecable taste. Our room was spectacular.

KuwaitVery small beach in comparison to the size of the hotel. The gym was stuffy located in the basement with no view. The pillows were not very comfortable. We were upset because although we put the sign to clean the room, we left and came back after 6 hours and it was still not cleaned!!

ItalyThe a la carte restaurant that they have is really not up to the standards of a five star hotel. We were very disappointed by the food there and also the fact that the staff forgot our orders multiple times. Regarding the room, we had to call reception every single day in order to ask them to make our room, as it was never done when we came back from our day at 6 pm. This to us is not acceptable from a 5 star hotel.
The hotel itself is fabulous. It’s very modern and the amenities were very comfortable. The Italian restaurant they have is very good ( I’m Italian so I would know). The beach is very comfortable.

United StatesMy room was very dirty when I checked in and there was hair clusters in the shower and bathroom. No mini frig. In the room, Automatic curtain button was broken and did not open and close curtains. Many of the room amenities were missing. No one brought anything when I called multiple times to ask for things I needed in the room and no one was present at the reception desk in the evening and during the night to respond to guests’ needs. There was no manager or supervisor on site to oversee and to make sure guests are comfortable and ensure smooth operation. For the high price this property charges, it did not meet my expectations as far as comfort and has a lot to room to improve in quality and management.
Good, accessible location near cesme center and beautiful views of the sea. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and nice servers. Getting around with taxi was easy.

BahrainThe hotel needs a little bit more effort to make it a top hotel. For example the room’s technology where lighting is concerned is a bit aggravating. The bathroom lights come on after being switched off. Usually I like to turn light off and on with out consulting an operations manual. The room has no dresser, one has to use the bathroom vanity for that. The vanity has just one sink. Usually in luxury hotels there are two. And the bathroom has no magnifying mirror in it. It’s such a small things to add to bump up the service level. I prefer being asked if I minded the bed sheets not being changed daily. They were changed on the day we were supposed to have checked out but extended out stay. For the room price I expected the sheets to be changed daily. The hotel needs a better cleaning service. Windows opposite the elevators are dusty and seem to not have been cleaned for a long time. Corridor carpets are badly stained. At breakfast, place mats were not clean, one could see dried food bits and stuff on a supposedly a table ready for the next guess. The on my first visit was nice but on another visit the following morning, I found straws and trash from the day before and sand on the sun beds. It does not seem that the beach gets cleaned or combed. We pointed this out to staff and they only went after the sea kelp thrown by the waves on the beach. It is such a turn off when something that is so easy to clean isn’t, makes you think what else is not properly clean. We understand that the property, thought only four years old, will be shut down for extensive renovation under new management. Hopefully this will give the property what it needs to shine.
This property has a lot going for it. It’s modern and has an excellent location, close to the center of Alacati. The staff is friendly and the room I had was spacious with a beautiful view of the sea. The Bed and pillows are very comfortable and the bathroom is also spacious. Breakfast at Zafron was wonderful. They offer an extensive array of items at the buffet. Servers were enough so that one was almost immediately served. The hotel has a small beach but the beach they have has white sand and and the sea is very inviting. The sand extends to a distance into the sea. The sea is shallow for quite a bit so in my opinion safe for children. My wife and I enjoyed the stay and even extended a couple of days because of the sea, weather and our visits to Aleçati city center. I would recommend this property to friends and family and may also stay again if a few vital things were changed.

KuwaitThey didn’t tell us that the roads were closed because of cycling race and they knew we will arrive at a time that the roads will be closed and there were no other alternative road to reach the hotel so we had to stop near the hotel and walk with our luggage
I liked the location in a quiet place and beachfront, the breakfast was nice, the staff was very helpful they accepted our request to change the heating mode to AC mode since in November they change the system from AC to heating mode
