The parking spot is not reserved but it’s easy to find some space to leave the car there and not to worry about it.

Welcoming staff, very nice to us. Late check in and check out hours available. The room is equipped with a lot of amenities. Relaxing and cozy lounge area. Laundry service was provided and very fast.

The staff is very attentive while giving you your privacy. They can make fresh Turkish coffee and çay for you. The rooms are clean and a great value for the money. It’s about 20 minutes walk to Alsancak and some small stores are around the hotel. The stay was pleasant for us.

Beds rather hard. Could have been cleaner- toothpaste residue in sink and hair in shower.

Great location! Only about 25 min walk to Smyrna and the wonderful Kemeralti market and Kislaragasi Hani which are the best places to shop for teas and spices. There is no breakfast included but the bakery across the street is incredible and inexpensive. A/C in rooms works great. Complimentary coffee/tea in lobby is a nice touch. Staff were very helpful.

Excellent location, numerous places to eat around the hotel, approx 15 mins walk to the centre, huge rooms, most hospitable staff and owner. The front desk staff both daytime and night always smiling and helpful and no request was too much. Owner extremely helpful in every way I.e. places to visit, etc. Always willing to help. Early check in without charge was so very much appreciated. One of the cheapest hotels in Izmir centre. Thank you to all at Punta Vista.

It is the most perfect location in Izmir I think. You can walk or take a cab (very cheap) to get to the most popular areas. The owner is very welcoming, very friendly and will tell you anything you need to know and how to get there.

Punta Vista Hotel is conveniently located about 25 minutes from the airport. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds, a fridge, water bottles, and coffee. The staff was polite and always available to answer any questions. There are a few cafes and a pharmacy right next door, adding to the convenience. We found Uber to be a cheap and convenient way to get around, with just a few dollars to reach anywhere we wanted to go within the city..

The pillows smell like someone has spilled an entire bottle of perfume right under your nose - the perfume smell is so strong that you have problems falling asleep. On the booking page picture there’s a “breakfast included” banner while in reality there’s no breakfast.

The hotel's staff was very polite and open for any questions. The location was quite accessible to city center, around 15mins by foot or with Google Maps you can take the trolley or bus anywhere. Don't hesitate to ask the staff about parking, even if it's not in front the hotel the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Overall we've enjoyed the stay and highly recommend it.
