RussiaGreat hotel with mineral spa-complex and relaxing atmosphere! We we travelling with parents in February and stayed in 2-floor room in Piril Spa for a few days. Room is very modern and clean, and a king-size bed om the 2nd floor is just fantastic! There is not too much space for 3+ people inside but it is designed to have a private space between people staying down- and upstairs. Hotel is very pleasant and have a nice green territory. We stayed during the low season and therefore some places at territory were closed for renewal but i can imagine it is gorgeous during the summer when everything works. Main gem is an inside spa-complex with mineral water and saunas. Everything is perfectly clean and well-maintained, and the water is truly healing. Can recomend for everyone looking for a relaxing stay in Cesme!

New ZealandThere was a free thermal pool in the basement which was a bit of a surprise. The family room was a great layout and beds were super comfortable. Buffet breakfast & dinner were included and these were really good with lots of variety. Walking distance to the waterfront and the property had a sunny deck area.

RomaniaThe staff did not know a lot of english, the food was just ok, we managed to find something to eat everytime but we felt like we had no options. Also the labels on the food are all in turkish and it is difficult to find someone who knows english.
The facilities were nice and the location is very good. They are relatively close from a beach (1km) and close to the city center. And also they provide transport to a different beach.

Russia- Rooms are not cleaned well - I hadn't managed to invite a service man in my room to fix air-conditioning. They just ignored me - Cleaner left my room literally half serviced P.S. I think you should change room cleaner management and whole clining team.

TurkeyEverything was perfect. We enjoyed every second we spent at the hotel. Open buffet breakfast and dinner was delicious and had a wide variety. Beach was very relaxing. There are 2 big outdoor pools with aquapark. Spa center is also very good, we had the best massage treatments of our lives from Balinese girls. Definitely will come back next year.
