Good location near the city center. Friendly and helpful stuff.

There were cracks in the walls and insects living in those cracks: ants and possibly cockroaches. Also an insect inside the fridge and in the bathroom.

This is perfect hotel, good location, 5 minutes need to center, also metro Taksim, very attentive staff. In this price its better hotel

It was clean and very nice room, saber was a really nice and polite guy, he can help you with everything. Same times we are arriving to late but he is always waiting for us and he can also help us at that time, the owner also very nice people, if i have a chance i will come back for sure ! Soorry I miss talking about the location, it’s really amazing place, taksim is a really nice area near to all places!

The best part of our stay was the amazing staff — especially Saber, who went out of his way to help us with restaurant recommendations, directions, and must-see spots in the city. The management was also very flexible and even offered to move us to a room with a desk for remote work, which we appreciated (even though we ended up staying in the original room). We booked the most budget-friendly room, which was quite small — so it’s important to manage your expectations if you choose that option.The hotel was very clean, and the location is a 10/10 — close to Taksim and Istiklal, but still in a peaceful, residential-feeling area without tourist noise. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed.

I just wanted to recommend a great hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very very friendly and helpfull and the location was perfect—close to everything. I really had a great experience and thought you might like it too !!!

The location was good. Not too far from most of the good attractions. There are 2 parking lots nearby. We used one of them and for 24 hours we paid 10€. We were on the last floor and the view was good.

The room had a bad smell. There is a "call for a prayer" and they play specific Turkish music from the minarets 5-6 times per day. I don't mind it usually but they play it at 5 in the morning and it was very close and very loud to our hotel. Especially at the top floor because the sound wave comes directly.

The hotel is located in the quiet street close to Taksim metro station. The guy at the reception was very nice and helped me get my suitcase to the elevator (and this is another thing I liked about this hotel). The room was small but enough for one person. The mattress was very comfortable and they got radiator in the room and you can adjust the temperature to your liking.

The bathroom really needs some sort of hooks for towels. I was surprised when the guy at the reception asked me to pay with cash as there was no such information when I was booking this hotel. Eventually I paid with card because I simply didn`t have enough cash with me but I think if you prefer cash it's better to put this information in the description.

It’s cheap. However, I assure you that when this hotel is on a discount, that is not a discount. That is maximum value that, they usually charge. There is no way they can charge you full price of it any time. They would be ridiculous considering the quality.

I was welcomed by a passive aggressive teenager with irritative facial expressions. There is a foreigner worker there who is a good guy. But the one with a earring is a annoying teenager with poor communication skills. On the other hand, they have no habit of giving you a bill for money you pay it seems. I had to ask it to get it, and it seemed they are not used to it. Additionally, sheets are dirty, I uploaded the photos for you. Additionally, location is close to taksim but the street you walk to there feels little unsafe. And internet connection they have is terrible. One day electricity was cut and there was no generator so I had use elevator for 3 levels and water was not flowing during that time as well.

I stay there 4 nights, It's really good staff, Lift facelifts available, clean property, Clean Rooms, Breakfast available is the very near to the property. I'm satisfied which I select.

The property is running by a lovely family they are very friendly and helpful. The price we have paid is very reasonable according to the property. The property is five to ten minutes away from the Istiklal street and there are two supermarkets near the property. Plus there is no noise at night which means you can have a good night sleep. This is my third time booking at Pera Sultan Suit and it was a good staycation. Their young son was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to all of them :)

There was electricity shutdown for one night but it wasn’t their fault and it was solved by the next morning. However, one day there was no water at all for about an hour and when I have asked their son he said that they were changing/replacing the water heater. We totally understand but it would was really appreciated if they would have informed us about this major matter at least one day before because the replacement happened during middle of the day.

The hotel location is great , just near by taksim , the staff were very polite , especially the guy who welcomed us at the check in , he was very accommodating. During our check out , it’s was raining and the gentleman which I think is the owner , surprised us by providing an umbrella , nothing really to say just wow , it made us so happy and also he was so kind during our stay.
