Everything was lovely

The room was clean, daily room cleaning service with water bottles restocked, staff was exceptional and not just one person to name but whoever we interected, they exceeded our expectations i.e. the owner, the manager, staff at the kitchen and even at the shop downstairs are all very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, we were offered refreshments in the cafe downstairs whilst the paper work was being completed. From start to finish we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended

The hotel hosts were very friendly and helpful. Their service was excellent. The hotel room we stayed in was on the smaller side, but it met all our needs for one night. The breakfast was very good. The Internet speed, excellent. The location was very convenient for us. Thank you Mr. Eray and Mr. Farbod!

The hotel couldn't be better located. The city is huge but the location allows for an easy access to most highlights, both by public transport as well as walking. The cafe downstairs is very cozy and we absolutely loved the breakfast, one of the best we've ever had! The room was lovely and we could also enjoy a sunset with the waterside view. Most importantly the staff are wonderful, very helpful and kind. Would come back again

چیزی که بیشتر از همه توجه من را جلب کرد، مهربانی و توجه کارکنان به جزئیات بود. (مخصوصاً کارکنان عزیز ایرانی). آنها همیشه از کمک به هرگونه سوال یا توصیه‌ای خوشحال بودند. یکی از بهترین ویژگی‌های این هتل، موقعیت مکانی آن است ( فقط از یک سمت) - تنها چند دقیقه پیاده تا برج نمادین گالاتا فاصله دارد و به رستوران‌ها، کافه‌ها و به مترو بسیار نزدیک است.فقط ۱ ایستگاه مترو به میدان تقسیم و خیابان استقلال فاصله دارد. می‌توانید از اتوبوس شاتل هاوایست از میدان تکسیم به هر فرودگاه استانبول استفاده کنید. اگر احیانا نیاز به دندانپزشک خوب نیاز داشتید Dt. Yahya Terlemez, (Peradental) کار می کنند. مکان حدود ۳ دقیقه نزدیکی هتل. و در آخر این هتل از نظر اقتصادی برای اقامت صرفه ی خوبی دارد. ------------------------ value and perfect location near Galata Tower! The value for money is excellent. The room was very clean, tidy although a little bit small — but still comfortable for a short stay. Don’t forget to enjoy a cup of Turkish coffee at the hotel — it’s a must! If you're looking for a convenient, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Istanbul, I definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Istanbul. From the beginning, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The whole place was exceptionally clean and well-organized, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel truly at home. Every detail showed care and hospitality. It wasn’t just a place to sleep — it felt like home. If I come back to Istanbul, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect - close to Galata Tower, a metro and a bus stop. The hosts are great - they’re kind and friendly and even though their English is not that good, they were really helpful. Our room was on the 2nd floor and there was an elevator. The room itself was small, but equipped with everything you need - safe, mini fridge, blow dryer, etc. Also, there were slippers, mini shampoos, shower gels and soaps available. P.S. There was a cafe and a shop available at the property, which was great, because we did not need to walk far when we wanted to drink some tea or buy something from the store.

The location is amazing, near to Galata tower, Istiklal Street all you need is near to you, nice staff, and they tried to make us feel comfortable as much as they can.
