I was very disappointed as the room was very run down. Construction work is happening 🙄 all day, cable running everywhere very unsafe. The bathroom shower is not working well, and bath towels are not very clean. When we arrived late to the hotel, all the lights were off.Very unsafe, I could not understand how this hotel could be 5 star hotel, maybe 3 star only. There is a lot this hotel needs to learn before they can become a 5 Star hotel. I also feel that the kitchen staff need to learn food handling techniques.......

Road works made it difficult to find and Parking was limited.

Very good location and the suite was very spacious with good amenities.

They have a bath and then a shower head but you’re not able to mount it so you have to have a shower holding the shower head. Also when I checked in the receptionist and then left for a tour, I saw that the receptionist had found me on Instagram from my check in details requested to follow me on Instagram which was a bit creepy. Other staff were friendly. There is also a lot of street works going on outside which means you are constantly bringing in dirt/stones into the entrance area and it’s very dusty and loud during the day.

Beautiful room, attentive staff and wonderful location. Breakfast was amazing - it just kept coming!!

All the elements of a fantastic stay were there...could only give a 9 as toilet seat a little loose and one door to jacuzzi wouldn't lock...otherwise faultless!

We met an Afghan guy whos name was Ahmad at the reception he was really helpful, professional and kind loved his way of talking and he helped us a lot. i just didnt like the location so much and i think hotel was overpriced

Beautiful, clean, very comfortable room

I recently stayed in Cappadocia Pegasos Cave Suite for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staffs were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and offered stunning views of the unique landscape. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast each morning — enjoying a wide variety of delicious, fresh food while taking in the breathtaking view was truly unforgettable. The receptionist was incredibly helpful in arranging activities and taxi services, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. A special thank you to Murat, who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our stay — his warm hospitality made a big difference. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cappadocia, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

I love everything

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful and had stunning views of the area. The resident cat was very friendly and we had a great time. The hotel organized our hot air balloon ride as it was amazing! The staff were very kind and helpful, and while they spoke very little English, their friendliness and helpfulness was very welcome!

I think one point of improvement would be, if possible to have someone who understands a little more English on site. While the manager was very kind to help when he could, I had some trouble trying to explain my dietary restrictions to the staff organizing breakfast each morning. The staff were very helpful, we just had a language barrier.

Location is excellent, included in all the activities pick-ups. The hotel mas magnificent.. amazing view and the breakfast was superb! All the hotel staff were very kind and attentive. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was the perfect stay for the perfect trip.

The customer service was great. The food was delicious!

The balcony photos seemed to show it as private, however you could be seen from the terrace above and the courtyard next to it.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which was very clean rooms and common areas were well-maintained and spotless. A special shout-out to one staff member (Ahmad) who was exceptionally helpful and friendly providing great assistance whenever needed.

Our overall stay at this hotel was pleasant. The room was comfortable, the amenities were decent, and the staff was generally friendly and helpful. We appreciated the effort the team put into making guests feel welcome. However, we did experience one issue during check-out. We had requested an early breakfast, and the night staff confirmed it would be prepared in advance. But in the morning, we were told there was no cook and no breakfast available. It was clear there had been a miscommunication between the night and morning staff, which was disappointing — especially as we were counting on it before our early departure.

Very cute hotel and the staff was so nice and helpful! Terrace and breakfast - very good! Also it is more quiet than Göreme, which we enjoyed. In the morning you can see the balloons from the terrace. Price was also very reasonable. We would recommend anytime!

The bathroom/ sanitary build of the tub (like seals) and the fans and so on were a bit...wild. 😅 But not really an issue.

Location was awesome and room was clean as required. Reception personal was very nice and kind all the time.

We did not like breakfast facilities, baking stuff came at the end of breakfast together with egg during all our stay. We don’t remember even a day everything come in timely fashioned. Sound isolation was very weak, we struggle to sleep most of time especially after 7.30 AM due for noises came from the top floor and corridors.

The lady who takes care of the breakfast was very nice and accomodating. The room was big an spaceous. The breakfast had plenty of food and is served individually.

The room has no windows, which feels the air very stuffy and a bit cloustrofobic. Also, therefore there is no natural light on the room, which is defenetly no nice... There is only one person in the reception who speaks english, he wasnt there for the majority of our visit. The rest do not speak a word, which made communication very hard. We booked the ballon flight with them. No information was given, I had to ask all the questions my self, and bearly got an answer. You also need to pay in cash... In the room there was a leak of the jacuzzi, and the bathroom door was very hard to handle. We requested to clean the room, but they did not. The view was nice, but not stunning. I think for the price of the hotel is defently not worth it, and I would not recommend to anyone. There are so many nice hotels with so much better views... dont make my mistake, search better! If you can stay in Göreme, is much nicer. Breakfast warning! if you want something vegan, like humus, you need to ask specially and not in booking (they dont care) but in person there to the lady. The guy who speaks english, also dont care.

The location of the hotel in Uchisar is terrific being only 200m from Uchisar castle over-looking the pigeon valley. We happened to be in Cappadocia on one of the hottest weekends of the year. Consequently, our air conditioner worked overtime to keep us cool. We did all the tourist things including hot air ballooning and a green tour. In this sense, our hotel was convenient to access most activities. The Turkish breakfast every morning was outstanding, with Mustafa and Noori looking after us well. The cooking and cleaning staff were also wonderful - up for a chat and looking after our every desire. We loved this place!

The rooms are designed to be ‘caves’ so you need to expect limited sunlight. These would be wonderful in winter but less so in summer. As balloon flights pick up participants at 3;30 am you need to expect some noise in the early hours of the morning.

The room is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Service staff was friendly and helpful. Location is good. Shops, restaurants and cafes are around the corner.

The location was perfect, the room was beautiful and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Turkish breakfast was splendid, with a variety of options. We traveled during the low season, so it’s understandable that the balcony and surrounding area were not fully set up.

I would have rated it 10/10, but I’m deducting 1 point due to my experience on the check-out day. I went for breakfast and returned to my room around 10 AM to brush my teeth, get ready, and collect my belongings. However, the cleaner had already started cleaning the room (bed area). I asked both the cleaner and reception if they could pause and clean later after I checked out, as I urgently needed to use the toilet. Unfortunately, I was told to use the common toilet outside the room, and my friend had to bring all my stuff for checkout, as the cleaning had already started. Things got worse, I ended up getting stuck in the toilet because the door lock wasn’t working properly. I was frustrated and ran to my car immediately after I got out of the toilet, before someone got killed

The room was big and we have had good communication with the staff. We had access to the valley and it was peaceful, the bed is comfortable and they helped us arrange for a massage
