All the elements of a fantastic stay were there...could only give a 9 as toilet seat a little loose and one door to jacuzzi wouldn't lock...otherwise faultless!

I love everything

I recently stayed in Cappadocia Pegasos Cave Suite for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staffs were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and offered stunning views of the unique landscape. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast each morning — enjoying a wide variety of delicious, fresh food while taking in the breathtaking view was truly unforgettable. The receptionist was incredibly helpful in arranging activities and taxi services, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. A special thank you to Murat, who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our stay — his warm hospitality made a big difference. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cappadocia, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

I think one point of improvement would be, if possible to have someone who understands a little more English on site. While the manager was very kind to help when he could, I had some trouble trying to explain my dietary restrictions to the staff organizing breakfast each morning. The staff were very helpful, we just had a language barrier.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful and had stunning views of the area. The resident cat was very friendly and we had a great time. The hotel organized our hot air balloon ride as it was amazing! The staff were very kind and helpful, and while they spoke very little English, their friendliness and helpfulness was very welcome!

Our overall stay at this hotel was pleasant. The room was comfortable, the amenities were decent, and the staff was generally friendly and helpful. We appreciated the effort the team put into making guests feel welcome. However, we did experience one issue during check-out. We had requested an early breakfast, and the night staff confirmed it would be prepared in advance. But in the morning, we were told there was no cook and no breakfast available. It was clear there had been a miscommunication between the night and morning staff, which was disappointing — especially as we were counting on it before our early departure.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which was very clean rooms and common areas were well-maintained and spotless. A special shout-out to one staff member (Ahmad) who was exceptionally helpful and friendly providing great assistance whenever needed.

The bathroom/ sanitary build of the tub (like seals) and the fans and so on were a bit...wild. 😅 But not really an issue.

Very cute hotel and the staff was so nice and helpful! Terrace and breakfast - very good! Also it is more quiet than Göreme, which we enjoyed. In the morning you can see the balloons from the terrace. Price was also very reasonable. We would recommend anytime!

The rooms are designed to be ‘caves’ so you need to expect limited sunlight. These would be wonderful in winter but less so in summer. As balloon flights pick up participants at 3;30 am you need to expect some noise in the early hours of the morning.

The location of the hotel in Uchisar is terrific being only 200m from Uchisar castle over-looking the pigeon valley. We happened to be in Cappadocia on one of the hottest weekends of the year. Consequently, our air conditioner worked overtime to keep us cool. We did all the tourist things including hot air ballooning and a green tour. In this sense, our hotel was convenient to access most activities. The Turkish breakfast every morning was outstanding, with Mustafa and Noori looking after us well. The cooking and cleaning staff were also wonderful - up for a chat and looking after our every desire. We loved this place!

I would have rated it 10/10, but I’m deducting 1 point due to my experience on the check-out day. I went for breakfast and returned to my room around 10 AM to brush my teeth, get ready, and collect my belongings. However, the cleaner had already started cleaning the room (bed area). I asked both the cleaner and reception if they could pause and clean later after I checked out, as I urgently needed to use the toilet. Unfortunately, I was told to use the common toilet outside the room, and my friend had to bring all my stuff for checkout, as the cleaning had already started. Things got worse, I ended up getting stuck in the toilet because the door lock wasn’t working properly. I was frustrated and ran to my car immediately after I got out of the toilet, before someone got killed

The location was perfect, the room was beautiful and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Turkish breakfast was splendid, with a variety of options. We traveled during the low season, so it’s understandable that the balcony and surrounding area were not fully set up.

Hotel was incredible, so unique and beautiful. Staff was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. The only thing they could improve on was the rooms heating system which was under the floor hotwater pipes but there was no control mechanism so the room was actually too warm. I believe they installed some sort of thermostat as we were leaving. The other suggestion is to keep the small breakfast area 100% smoke free for non-smokers (even if they happen to be the owners, they should know better) to enjoy their meals. Lastly, during the check in process, guests should be provided necessary information about things such as wifi login and passwords, how to operate the jetted tub, the rooms heating system, etc to make the stay effortless and smooth. Just want to emphasize however that these things were minor and only mentioned here to make a great stay even better.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Everything was PERFECT! Starting from the room which was spotlessly clean, very comfy beds, room size was perfect, then staff which were so attentive and helped us with everything, to the breakfast which was one of the best I had in Turkey!! OMG, we were sitting at the breakfast for 2 hours because we did not want to leave all the food which was AMAZING!

Hotel is in a great location. Price was great however due to low season, it was not well kept. The terrace was full of building materials and dirty. I am sure it will look great once the terrace expansion takes place. I think this should be disclosed on the Booking site.

The water drains slowly on the sink, the bed sheet looks a bit too worn …the housekeeping lady doesn’t do make up like hotel standard in the second day , like organizing your stuff and clean the table …😂( maybe I am just picky 😂) other than that all good! Would def come here again if I ever visit cappadocia in the future.

We had a truly wonderful experience staying at Pegasos Cave Suites in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. They generously upgraded our room for free to a stunning one and showed us around, which exceeded all our expectations. They also served coffee and water upon request. The locality and landscapes around this hotel are also picture-perfect. The staff were incredibly hospitable, kind, and approachable throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Bahur, who was an excellent server. He ensured we had a great breakfast experience - which was very unique and local, complete with generous servings of warm breads, assorted jams, assorted cheese, condiments and olives, and a custom-made local “cheese and pepperoni” omelette upon request, and also piping hot Turkish tea. He also took care of us when we had some drinks before departing - thoughtfully provided us with complimentary cake as well! The overall atmosphere, warm hospitality, and thoughtful gestures made this stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

The staff knew we were celebrating our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a larger room and decorated it with flower petals and candles! The Turkish breakfast here was also the best we had during our two weeks in Turkey!
