It was a really beautiful location, our room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The reception staff were really efficient, friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend the hotel. It was so quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to stay.

generally not well maintained around the pool area, service very slow and reception make you feel like by just being there you are being an inconvenience - every request is met by a sigh and a roll of the eyes. a member of staff also brought up wine to our room without us ordering and sat on our loungers. he put into translate 'dont get the wrong idea' but our friends told him to go and he did eventually leave

spacious pool and easy access to the sea, beautiful gardens and the hotel does have some modern rooms ( a lot of them are very very dated though and need lots of TLC )

The breakfast buffet was a little repetitive every day. Staff at the cafe and restaurant were very slow to serve customers and ignored us on several occasions when we had to approach them and ask for service. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. Drinks were also expensive.

The hotel is in a fantastic setting next to the sea with beautifil views of Kalkan. The room was spacious and clean. Pool areas are fantastic - very peaceful and relaxing. Although the hotel is outside town, taxis are very reasonable.

The hotel is fantastique !!! From the staffs , the sea view, the quality of the sea, the pool, and the our bedroom !!! Perfect breakfast and diner with beautiful romantic terrace !!!! The hotel as one of the best quality of sea to swim !!! I had chance to swim twice in morning with turtle !!!

Fantastic! The structure of the resort is between old beautiful mansion and modern resort. The access to the sea is fantastic, the view from our room is lovely, the restaurant for breakfast and nice, you will love it... a place to go.

The staff hardly spoke any English, and could all do with lessons in how to communicate with people who are you’re customers, often when at breakfast or lunch they would just stand about not knowing what to do ! Would come to table without menus and would point to QR codes on tables when there is no wi-fi ! Just need someone to show them how to interact with customers!

Breakfast was fabulous as was the food overall, just a little disappointing that there weren't some traditional turkish dishes or fresh fish of the day dishes. For me the steep hills and all the steps without handrails were an issue as I have mobility issues

The hotel is tired and dated. This was most evident in the bedrooms. Doors to balconies didn't close properly, window blinds were missing or ripped (we booked 2 rooms and also moved so got to compare several rooms), fridges didn't work, chair on the balcony was torn, decking on the balcony wobbled and lifted when stood on. Our TV - not that we needed it, was an old box style Nokia that hadn't been in general use since the 90s 😁 There was no perks or niceties that came with your room. The lighting in the restaurant was pretty non- existent. We sat with our phone torches illuminated one evening to throw light on our table and food - which was a shame as fish evening was delicious.

The grounds were well maintained and had a wow factor. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning - the fresh watermelon was delicious ! The staff were helpful.

The hotel is beautiful, great garden and sea shore, beautiful plants and flowers. Nice breakfast area.

Salted pool. Understaffed staff. The cleaning staff skipped cleaning the room twice. The breakfast could be better. The toilets at the pool area needed better maintenance in cleaning. The training facility needs updating of equipment. The sofa bed in the suite needs to be replaced with something more comfortable. This hotel has so much potential, but it needs a loving hand and improvements.

Beautiful surroundings, facilities and beach. Room with a beautiful view of Kalkan. You could sail with the hotel's boat taxi to the city until 7pm.

Wifi was rubbish - no service in the room for a hotel this size is poor. Lots of sun lounger grabbing on the rocks before breakfast was dissappointing.

Big hotel in a good location , quick 5min taxi into Kalkan centre. Rocky outcrops for sea jumping and good snorkelling - swimming with turtles everyday ! Didn't use the pool - over 16years only in one - and the other was very busy. Friendly staff and fellow guests.

The breakfast terrace was beautiful however the quality of breakfast was not worth the money

A couple of staff were uninterested and our aircon never worked but fortunately we were fine with the ceiling fan in October. Breakfast was adequate but could have been better. The spa looked tired so we went elsewhere.

It was a very attractive hotel and our superior room was amazing with the best view. Room service was excellent and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool areas were lovely.

200 stair steps from bedroom to waterside bathing platforms! Food very average and waiting staff not very professional. would bring out main course whilst still eating the starters course.
