Clean, good location, big room

Wifi bad, bad. Maybe my room. Fridge turns off when we leave room, that is very uncomfortable when you left something inside and go out. When you come back, is warm. Bathroom is big, but has bathtub. Is not neccesary, even hinders. That could be fixed. Of course, I would be back for sure!

It is a good option. Fast check in, wide instalations (room for 3 adults good), nice elevator, cool ac, even, a basket of fruit for a welcome gift. Breakfast has good variety. All Personel very kind. Tea full day. There is Sauna for free (sadly we did not use, because of time). Big bathroom. Very good isolation, so you can sleep so well. The neighborhood looks little scary at night, but we never had trouble. Really near from main places.

Although staff was polite extra help such as helping with the bags etc was not provided but is generally always offered. Location from nearest metro is about 10 minutes so transport could be an issue. And no soaps or amenities were provided in the room even the dispensers were empty. Especially for the money extra facilities would be expected.

Good spacious room, about a 10 minute walk from the Mevlana Museum.

- Internet was terrible. In the room it rarely worked. I came down to the reception when I badly needed internet but even with that it always did not work. - Staffs english need to be better even though few people like the manager, aysha, emre spoke decent English.

Fact that rooms don’t have an iron. You have to call front desk and explain why you need an iron.

This is not about not liking but more of a feedback. There should be at least one staff who should have good English. We managed to get by using the Google Translate app. 😀

The round bed, the spa, and the street views were just great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Since my room was facing the main road, there is a bit of traffic noise if the windows are open. The bathroom and the curtains could have some upgrade.

It's a nice hotel with caring staff. As a pleasant surprise after my check in and being in my room for a few minutes 'a welcome fruit platter' was delivered to me which I found as a nice gesture from the hotel to their guests. The room was clean, free parking available either right in front of their hotel or at their designated parking lot behind the hotel.

Room lighting was a bit dark and cleaning could have been slightly better. WIFI did not connect to room/was very weak. But nothing too detrimental to our overall experience!

Close to all important tourist sites, walking distance great location. Really helpful, friendly staff. Mustafah the manager upgraded us to a suite - thank you :)! Also Ismail the receptionist was the best, so friendly and happy to help! Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

the stuff almost didn’t speak English, and it was difficult to communicate. the room was a bit used. like you can see it on the walls and bathroom floor.

The room was in bad general conditions, it was a smoker room with heavy cigarette smell and dirt on the carpeting, sheets were full of rips and holes.

Rooms. Very much in need of a refurbishment. Wallpaper hanging off wall. Looked like the result of water damage. Broken light fittings, very chipped and damaged furniture. Gave a sense of being uncared for.
