It is really noisy because of the karaoke near the hotel, which is open late. Cleaning is poor, you cannot walk without shoes. Air-conditioning is billed separately, not included in the price.

Location is perfect, staff is nice and helpful. There is a small kitchen in the room.

When booking it did state the pool was open all year round but when arrived the pool was not open due to being out of season which we was disappointed about. Although they do have a sister hotel not far round the corner which we could use the sunbeds on the beach for free

The staff was very polite and helpful during our stay. We originally booked package hotels on love holidays and wasn’t happy with the hotel when arrived. We booked to stay for a night in Royalisa hotel then booked for another 6 nights. They staff let us stay in the same room which was good and saved loads of hassle. Housekeeping came everyday with clean bedding and towels and also cleaned the room. The location was great for us everything was walking distance.

The hotel location was great, we was able to cook in the apartment as we had the facilities, the housekeeping ladies cleaned everyday of the your stay and they were lovely. Staff were also lovely. Market and shops were close by and beach was walking distance

The pool is small and The staff and cleaning people could be warmer and nicer.

The reason I booked this stay by booking.com is that I had a bad experience last time I boooked directly from The hotel. They claimed I had booked for 1 person and not 2 and demanded extra money from my boy Friend. To be honest The response I got When I complained and asked them tocorrect The error was rude and unbelievable- for a guest who paid good money for a whole months stay. Also The night guy that I had never seen before was rude and tried to hit on me. This time he didnt Even say welcome. The other personel were ok. Especialky a young man who called me When my friends came to brooklyn. He was cool. By using booking.com I felt more secure. I didnt have any problem this time. But I have to think about If I have to stay there again. Also on The Beach The boss can be moody and it is not nice to feel that you have to watch your steps.

The breakfast was not in the same hotel (5 min away from another). In the pictures when i booked it was the other hotel (almost the same name), so I was a bit disappointed that it was not that room like in the picture. I could see in to the other hotel room when i went for breakfast and that was that room that showed in the booking.

We experienced the first shock at check-in. When we got to our room, the air conditioning wasn’t working. Even though nothing was mentioned about an extra charge for AC in the reservation, they asked for additional payment. Although we had specified double beds in the booking, there were only single beds. They were only able to make the change on our last day. The reception staff are like actors — they try to cover up problems and requests with lies. At night, you can hear them having phone conversations full of Turkish profanity. I would never stay here again.

The overall condition of the facility was terribly bad. Room cleanliness, bed comfort, noise levels, and breakfast quality were all awful. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to breakfast, and the selection was almost nonexistent. They asked for extra payment just to return the air conditioner remote. They pushed two single beds together and tried to market it as a room with a large bed. The place was old and run-down, completely different from the photos. I definitely do not recommend it to other travelers.

The apartment was very spacious, well laid out with a large shower room, kitchenette, TV, sofa, dining table & a balcony with table & chairs. It's also very close to the beach with many clothes shops & restaurants along the main strip. The staff were lovely, helpful, kind & considerate. They always treated me with the up most respect. I wish you all the best & if I ever return to Alanya, I'll definitely be back.

The apartment was very spacious & comfortable with a large shower room, double room & a balcony as well as a kitche. The staff were lovely. The location is only 10/15 minute walk to the local beaches. I had a great stay here.
