Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomIt's basic so I wouldn't expect too much. you get basic cutlery & crockery, no electric kettle, you get 1 toilet roll for every 3 days, no shampoo, 2 mini shower gels. You'll need to get your own cleaning materials, tissue, washing up liquid and toiletries. The bed, pillows and the sofa were very stiff to sleep on.
Very clean at initial entry and then cleaner comes every 3 days. superb hospitality, very kind and helpful hosts. pool very clean-had a chat with the person in charge and he takes his job very seriously and this was a good thing to know. Pool open 9 am - 8 pm. Airconditioning in all rooms and worked well. 24 hr reception, you can come in & go out anytime you'd like. Felt very secure. perfect for (basic) family holidays

United Kingdom- When we arrived around 12:30, the receptionist was very unwelcoming. I simply asked if the room was available (as we had travelled from another city) and said we didn’t mind waiting, but the attitude was not friendly - Housekeeping/service was disappointing: no towel changes, no one checked on us, and when we asked for extra toilet paper (for a family of 5 staying 5 nights), we were told we had to buy it ourselves. For a stay costing £500, this is unacceptable - The pool area felt unsafe as it was completely open to the public, gates were left unlocked all day, so anyone could walk in and use the facilities. This made us uncomfortable leaving children unattended - The bathroom/toilet had multiple issues: no air conditioning or ventilation, dark lighting, and a persistent sewage smell whenever upstairs guests showered or flushed the toilet. We had to leave the door open, but then the bad smell spread into the rooms - We were placed in a downstairs apartment, but the guests upstairs had children who made constant noise late at night (banging and moving furniture). We hardly slept. Management should consider where to place families vs. mature guests to avoid this issue - Pillows were very hard and uncomfortably high, which made it difficult to sleep
The aesthetics and the pool and how convenient the places to go was. You can also park your car very close by or on the street depending on space if you have brought your car or rented. The night-shift staff member was very kind and helpful, and another staff member also assisted us with opening the door when we couldn’t figure it out. The pool itself looked nice and the location was okay.

BelgiumThe receptionist was not friendly. We got an apartment that was old, when we arrived trashes were not cleaned, lots of kitchen accessory missing like only one cup. As example we asked for other cups as we were 4 people and they gave 2 additional cups and one was dirty. We bought cleaning cloths and products to clean dishes. There was nothing. The apartment was not clean at all. Beds were not comfortable as pillows were like rocks.
We arrived at the property in the afternoon around 6PM. Went to the reception and the guy brought us to our apartment. Apartment has all the facilities we were expecting as air-conditioning, fridge, a small kitchen to cook and eat there. The swimming pool was big and really nice to swim.
